Eli makes residents feel like they’re part of some kind of experiment rather than valued members of the community. Every interaction feels cold and clinical, and when help is needed, he’s unresponsive and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to deal with someone who doesn’t seem genuinely interested in resolving issues or making residents feel welcome.

I enjoyed living there for six years for the most part. Most of the issues I had there wasn't on management, so I wouldn't penalize them on that. Pros: The entrance faces the rear, so it stays fairly quiet from random people. They have a recycling bin, so i appreciated that. I've never had anyone steal my packages while I've lived there. I've only had vandalism once, but the cops put a stop to that pretty quickly. Maintenance had always been really quick to fix things for me when things broke. The townhouse was fairly large and affordable enough for you to live alone without a roommate. Cons: It's a college town, so expect parties on a Wednesday while you're trying to sleep. Parking is also a pain on the weekends during home games. You either become a hostage to your own apartment or risk leaving and coming back to no parking spot. A lot of the residents tend to let their dogs do their thing on the grass, so having any grass is useless since you don't want to walk on it.
