Honestly some of the best food I've had out in a while. I started with filthy fries, and they are totally worth it. Messy bacon cheese fries! Biased because they offered sours on tap. But past the drinks, I got the chef burger and side. Totally worth the surprise. Still not entirely sure, but it was a savory sweet double stack burger with bacon jam and a fried egg. My side was chorizo mac and cheese 🤤 And the service was great! Bartender made sure I didn't have allergies or any specific foods that I wouldn't want. Relaxing atmosphere, and I will definitely come back when I'm in town again.

Catch 22 was recommend to us by the front desk at our hotel. And what a great experience! Phoebe was our server and was super helpful with some great recommendations. Great variety of beers and the food was incredible!

Food here is excellent. Wings are always great. I like the Death medal and eppstravaganza. Can't go wrong with the Cheese Curds and Burgers.

After a rough day at the hospital my family decided to try catch-22 for the first time. My wife is a picky eater and the kids have their own tastes. When I say everything was phenomenal I mean it. The pretzel as an appetizer was gone so fast. The beer cheese is white instead of orange and it was so much better plus the wasabi honey mustard was perfect. Then I had the bad mother clucker with cheddar bay biscuits as the bun. The chicken was so flavorful and tender and the biscuits were perfect. My 13 year old son eats everything spicy and he was impressed by the dry rub habanero wings. My wife had the Philly cheese and the garlic sauce on it really gave it a huge step up in flavor. Then my daughter had the Mac and cheese. Universally for years we try the Mac and cheese in different places and my wife’s always is better. Until now. My life is so happily upset that she found a Mac and cheese better than her own. It was crazy. I also ordered the managers special cocktail and was able to ask for it to stay in the Burbon/whisky/scotch family. It was very tasty and they did not skimp on the pour. We were seated and served in a timely manner and the drink offerings both alcoholic and non are vast. After are first time visiting it has become a favorite place to visit when we go to Athens. If you like trying new and interesting ideas this is the place for you.

Super delicious little pub & their loaded fries were AMAZING (fyi super big portion). They have very interesting names for their items and honestly i think it spices things up. Shoutout to whoever came up with them!! I had the chicken biscuit & my fiancé had the pastrami but we will be back to try some of the other combos they have for sure.

Multiple issues with the breads in our meal. My Cubano did not look like the pictures. Instead of pressed medianoche bread, it was rounded like a hoagie roll and hard/stale. Our reuben had the opposite problem with puny, limp/soggy bread. The buffalo chicken dip pitas were tough. Fries and beer were good, though I expected more beer selections. Good service overall.

This place was cool. The soft pretzel was phenomenal. Good flavor. The hamburgers were really really good really good flavor and the buns were very good too. I wasn't crazy about the fries maybe too much seasoning and they were a little salty. Overall though nice little place to eat for lunch or dinner. They offered a cash price and card price on the reciept.

Great local gastropub with the right take on food (it’s all so flavorful and delicious), fantastic wait staff, and just a good Athens feel. Always consider the special. They don’t do specials to get rid of ingredients the way some restaurants do. They do specials to express their love of food. Cam, Vic, Dylan, Ila, Annabel, Phoebe, Rocky… they are all fantastic. Don’t get on the Shitty Tipper board!
