I have been with Becky for 4 years now, and I have loved every second here at Abundant Life! She has helped me through my divorce, through multiple career changes, and through many various life issues! It is so evident that she and the rest of the staff here cares so deeply about their clients. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been so kind and uplifting. It’s the EXACT place I need when I’m feeling down. If you’re on the fence about counseling, or maybe nervous about prices, at least just give them a call! These appointments have completely changed my life, and I’m forever thankful for Becky and the rest of the staff!

Kriscinda Millsap Where to begin? My wife and I are newly-weds but have been together for 10 years now with kids and we started, as well as will continue, as a couple receiving treatment with Kriscinda. She is a personable but very professional and non-biased therapist. She’s been a monumental blessing in both my wife and I’s personal lives and covenant marriage. She is highly intelligent, intuitive and very attentive to your therapy needs. She actively uses research based tools and instinctively applies them in real time. She’s also an impressive listener that consistently recalls past details and again has applicable suggestions to relevant situations discussed. She’s very organized and follows up with your personalized therapy even when you may have forgotten to schedule. We 100% recommend her to anyone thinking about starting either couple’s or individual therapy. It’s also worth noting that we, as a multi-ethnic family, found her incredibly relatable and understanding. Certainly God’s timing and placement for this gem of a person/professional!

I’m disappointed with how this practice handled my care. I received a text message informing me that my counselor was no longer with them no formal offboarding, no explanation, and no courtesy call to discuss next steps. Despite all this, I decided to give the practice another chance and try a different provider. After I had already authorized treatment and verified insurance, they scheduled me with someone new only to call the day before the appointment to switch the provider again, even though they had recommended the original replacement themselves. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for something as sensitive as mental health care. Clients deserve transparency, respect, and consistency.

I have been seeing Betsy here since February of 2022. I ADORE her. When looking for a therapist, I really wanted to find someone with a balance of both Christian counseling and trauma-informed therapy. She does a great job of using a Biblical/Scriptural foundation, and then addressing trauma as well with her knowledge of how the brain works. So thankful I found their office!
