Excellent Christmas Display! Really glad that we came out on Christmas evening to see a few displays like this around town. Really tops off the Christmas Cheer! Thank you for taking the effort to put on this display. Very well done!

Love, love, love Nations Church. We have only been going for a couple of months but have seen such a difference in this church from so many. You do feel as if you belong here. It’s small enough that you can get to know everyone but large enough so there is always someone new to meet. The diversity is amazing. People don’t hate you because you believe or look or vote differently from them. This is a church of real people seeking after a real savior for hope, joy, peace and guidance. If you love dynamic worship and preaching that touches your spirit and helps you be more like Christ then consider Nations Church.

Been attending here for over 3 years. Awesome from top to bottom. I love the parents' room, where you can go and still watch service if you have a child who isn't ready for or can't go in the nursery. There's a nursing room also. The children's programs are amazing, and Mega Sports Camp in the summer is SO MUCH FUN as a way to get active for "vacation Bible school". The ages 5+ "Kid Nation" group is so beyond just "Sunday school", it is a real service with worship and teaching on the kids' level. The adults' classes are always extremely informative, thought-provoking, challenging, and uplifting. I love that the church schedules breaks between the Wednesday night studies so you can have a Wednesday night or two of family time. The studies also usually start and/or end with a Wednesday night of just hanging out with food, games, prayer, and just getting to know each other. There are churchwide opportunities to serve in the community at least quarterly, and many individuals are involved with outreach on a regular basis, so it's easy to get connected and make an impact. This is a multi-cultural church with members of all ages and backgrounds! You might sit next to a Nigerian member during service while hearing from a missionary to India, pick up your kid from a Chinese nursery assistant, and play basketball with the Filipino fellowship after church. It is SO cool. I LOVE being in worship on Sundays and being able to imagine that this is what heaven really might look like!

I love my church! Truth, Love, and Diversity - these are our pillars! Truth: the Word of God is preached with bold faith. Love: we come alongside one another and encourage each other in our pilgrimages with God! We love God and love people! Diversity: I always brag on our church for this. You will see and be friends with people of all colors and all nations. I eat often after church with the Philippino Fellowship and the African fellowship! I love the unity in diversity - this is what heaven will be like! Come, you are welcome here!

A multiethnic, multigenerational, family-friendly community that loves Jesus and the people of Athens. After recently moving to Athens and journeying with this community, I have been challenged and equipped to have a more intimate relationship with God, have found a great support network for parents of young kids, and have found friends who are genuinely interested in my life and have my back.
