We are in the process of moving to the area after school’s out. My husband has been staying here for a month. It is such a beautiful quiet area along a creek with shade and superb wifi. I work from home and had excellent wifi all week I was there. When we arrived Ted graciously met us and helped us set up (new camper). He is such a kind and welcoming host.

The camground is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with clean, well-kept grounds and facilities. You can tell it’s maintained with care. The owner is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which really stood out. Great place!

My review got cut short. I gave 3 stars because sites are to close together. It's very rocky . I understand they are a new campgrounds and will make adjustments. The land around is beautiful to hike. I could see alot of potential here. Not sure how much campgrounds land but creeks are great. I've been camping fulltime for past 9 yrs.

Beautiful campground. Came to visit Aonia Pass Mx. Nice public pavilion and a creek that flows through the campground. Looks like they have plans to grow. We will be back in the future

We had to change our camping plans due to hurricane damage at Elijah State Park for a mining trip at Graves Mountain. It was a nice campground with all amenities. It would be nice to have a bath house, laundry on site for the price you pay to stay. Sites are very small, and it is not good when you walk outside that your neighbors sewer hookup is right in front of you. No lighting at the entrance which is not wide enough for big rigs. You couldn't have a campfire because of the close proximately to the next camper. The neighbors dog barked non stop. There was no one on site to ask them to put the dog inside or to enforce rules. All site are only 50 amp. It sad when in the mining community that this campground is known for their high prices.

On our way passing through we called Ted & Tracey and they were able to get us in to stay 2 nights. Ted met us at the campsite to help us to get parked, so nice, welcoming and friendly. The campground was clean, seemed brand new, lots of shade, a fire ring at the site, fire wood available for purchase, picnic table at each site and the very best part was some awesome walking trails through the forest that surrounded the campground. We loved walking along the creek and there was a picnic area along a bubbling brook. Our beagle also loved the walking trails. The nature and quietness of the campground was very relaxing. Thankful Ted was able to get us in and said they were happy to have us.

10/10 Recommend camping with Ted and Tracy. They will take good care of you, as if you are their own family. Very warm and welcoming. Kid and pet friendly. There's a nice creek that is walking distance from the campers. A picnic table at each site. Our first trip was only two weeks ago and we already have our next trip booked. Give them a call and schedule your camping trip today!
