I’ve been frequenting this Taco Bell location for about 6 years and I always swear this is the best Taco Bell in Athens. It’s not the closest one to my house and I go out of my way to go to this location. I always order through the app and pick up through the drive thru.

Rudest staff. Will stare at you from the back line. Kiosk isn't supposed to do your job. The young lady in the back is the only one to give decent service. And only if you go through drive through.

Julian is a very unprofessional and an unqualified manager. When an issue was brought to her attention, she said “I wasn’t here so I don’t know what to tell you”. I asked her to please have the store manager call me to address the issue several times and then she ended up hanging up on me. Unfortunate since my issue was not taken care of and the issue was with ADA compliance I had to report it to corporate and I am considering reporting it to ada.gov

So extra cheese cost me about 2$ extra. I get back home look at my tacos and look at the pictures. If I didn't pay for extra cheese I wouldn't have gotten any cheese at all the tracks in the picture have extra cheese on them. Is it me or did they skip on my extra. Hopefully they'll add the extra cheese when I go back

Pretty legit taco bell. Only had an issue on one item over probably a year of visiting a good number of times. If you dig taco bell items, this place will hit that spot. Respectful staff. Clean place. Good tabo bell. Usually good enough busy to keep food moving though so fresh.
