I work in food service, so I'm usually pretty generous about restaurant reviews. The food is fine, pretty much what you'd expect from a Taco Bell. But you should factor in an extra 30-60 minutes for your order. Doesn't matter if it's drive-thru or delivery. Don't expect professionalism or timeliness.

I'm just trying to enjoy my food, and then out of nowhere one of the workers started full-on banshee screaming at a customer from all the way in the back of the kitchen??? The customer had not said a single word, not moved even, let alone act aggressively, and this worker started yelling at him about how he was being extremely rude by "staring at her" while she was working. She threatened to call the cops on him!!! For standing?!! Every other customer was also waiting in the same area also waiting for their food, but nobody else was being yelled at or threatened. The difference? The customer was black and everyone else was white. The worker was white as well, if that wasn't already obvious. Pink scrunchy, brown hair. The racism was blatantly obvious and revolting. In 2025? Are we serious, Taco Bell? Is this what you stand for now? Not a single move from any of the other workers to stop her either. The man unfortunately tried to defend himself and then stood in shame until his food was ready and he could storm out. This behavior is disgusting and I can't believe this is being tolerated by corporate.

Boo, I ordered a Double Decker Taco supreme and they gave me a regular. Added jalapenos to my burrito for 75 cents more, and they were not included. Best of all, my order was take out so I didn't find out it was incorrect until I got home. Rude of them to hand out incorrect orders at night, knowing folks won't drive back to complain.

I was doing Doordash delivery and arrived at this place two hours ago. Two hours later, I still have not gotten the order. The employees say they "have to read 15 pages of orders" or something, like their system "crashed". 1) Other people I talked to say this is the average experience, so I don't believe this is a problem with a "system crash". 2) If the system did crash, then why is this place open in the first place then?

Placed a mobile pickup order and got told to pull around and wait in the handicap spot so they could bring it out to me. They said they handed my order to someone else in front of me so now I'm waiting here and they're taking forever. Edit: They apologized and gave me 2 free taco coupons so I changed this to 3 stars. The lady making my food and helping me out was super nice as well. Still shouldn't have to wait this long though- 100% a management or staffing issue.

I had placed a delivery order off of the Taco Bell app at 1:30 a.m. I had to call the restaurant 30 minutes after I placed the order and the restaurant claimed that they were making the order and that my Dasher was there to pick up the order which was incorrect. A random Dasher was there and was asked if they were here to pick up for (name) And they replied yes, without even showing the confirmation of the order and they were going to give our order to a random person that wasn’t even assigned. I ordered for 3 individuals. After everything, a Dasher was finally assigned and the Dasher arrived on time, but yet items were missing our food quality was damaged and non edible. I had to come in person today at 5:00 PM to try to get my food remade and explain the whole situation and the manager would only remake two items that were missing instead of the whole order which was damaged and not edible. The first manager, she was a female claimed that we had to go through DoorDash, even though it was through Taco Bell and she ended up putting me in a whole circle trance with DoorDash then the DoorDash had also tried to contact the store through phone call multiple times to get them to remake my full order And they refused to answer, knowing they have caller ID. I asked DoorDash if I could go to the store for them to remake it instead, and they said yes I went to the store for them to remake it or give back our refund and the second Hispanic manager, claiming that he was a manager was extremely unprofessional as the first one was And refused to make our full entire order. We didn’t even want a refund. We just wanted our food freshly made. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I will be contacting Taco Bell and I will be getting my refund as well as the food made to order with everything included!!! Also, the manager claimed that this store is a franchise so either way if it’s not corporate, I will be contacting the owner! Judd Wishnow Of Southpaw! WORST TACO BELL EVER!!! VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! What I ordered I did not receive. Hair was in the food. They refused to give me what I ordered even though it was on my receipt. Food was as black an hard as asphalt. Terrible service. This has happened to many. I say health inspection need to be done an they need to be SHUT DOWN!! So many people in the comments have had bad experiences.. why is this place still open..? Like what..?? food poisoning.. Burnt items.. hair in the food.. not clean.. rude service.. dead bugs in peoples food… come on athens these are the people you want serving your community.. do better!!!

I door dash and the staff is rude at night the door is locked then unlocked then yell like we’re the issue. Nobody wants to get out the car to a door that’s locked and supposed to be open until 4am
