We were so happy that we chose Sweetie Pie to commission our wedding cake and desserts! She did an amazing job and was flexible with last-minute changes to the cake as well. Our guests loved the assortment of pastries and we couldn't have chosen a better bakery near and dear to us if we tried! The best bakery in Athens with Asian fusion flavors! They have several flocors scones and croissants to Quiches! Also, thier breakfast sandwich is awesome! ( made fresh to order)!

Grateful for what they were able to do for me. They were able to make a pineapple sunrise cake for my grandmas' birthday. Most places couldn't do with such short notice, but they did and my grandma enjoyed her cake and birthday.

We ordered a bunch of items for Thanksgiving and the entire family raved about everything! The quiches (bacon and onion and green curry) made for an awesome breakfast. You could probably feed 4-6 per quiche. Then the carrot cake — WOW! The 8-in cake was like 5 inches tall and the frosting was awesome. And we our course had pies for thanksgiving dinner. The pecon and mixed berry were both a huge hit. We also tried some of the muffins that we saw in store when we picked up - the pandan and taro cranberry were really fun. Highly recommend if you need a cake for a birthday or really just any reason to treat yourself. The women who work here and own the business are also awesome and really nice!

An adorable little shop that you must experience if you live in Athens! Their bakery selection has plenty of the “classics” as well as unique fun flavors that you won’t be able to get anywhere else in town (Thai tea cupcakes, red bean croissants, kimchi scones). Their cakes are on another level as well! And I’m always surprised at how low my total is (they’ve got great prices). Bonus: they normally have a few gluten free options!

The taro velvet cake is so delicious! For the taste and the turnaround time, I thought the prices were very reasonable. Try the maple latte if you’re craving sweet coffee! This shop usually has a decent amount of parking available, but it’s not paved, so can be bumpy. The inside area is fairly small, so it’s strictly to-go orders. The staff and Savie are super helpful and friendly.
