Sunroof Coffee is awesome! Located in a new development, these guys are coffee aficionados. Even though it’s mainly takeout, they will serve u an absolutely perfect latte in porcelain for u to enjoy outside in the Sun 😎 The Baristas were exceptionally friendly. It’s a bit of a walk “to the other side of the tracks 🚂” but very well worth a visit! 👌☕️

I have obviously been missing out on this place. I go to my usual spot and had not tried a new spot and so I did yesterday. Great service and great coffee in a cute little outdoor development! I hope they get a full size location soon! Highly recommend - coffee was great and smooth. And the branding is adorable.

Definitely a 4.5. The prices are on par or a bit higher than other places in Athens. Its a cute cafe. Its just a walk-up service window and a patio for sitting with other shops around it. The area is out of the way and difficult to find, and a lot of the other shops are empty so it feels a little strange. HOWEVER, the coffee was fantastic I had a cold brew latte, and it was very flavorful and had many deep notes. My partner has the shaken espresso, and it was also incredible. There were a few loose dregs in his coffee at the bottom though. Overall the coffee was incredible 9.5/10. Highly highly recommend. Just look forward to missing the turn to find it.

Sunroof coffee is a great unique spot. Great coffee with many selections. Pricing is a bit on the higher end but, well worth it. The service is great. The servers are very attentive and helpful always with a positive attitude and a smile. If you want to hang out for a bit there’s outdoor seating with music. The music is not too loud it’s just right. Overall great spot with welcoming atmosphere.

Sunroof feels like an escape/ your own pocket of Athens. The atmosphere can’t be beat, music is always on but never too loud. Their coffee is the real deal, so if you’re actually into coffee, this is the spot. The owners rock & remember their regulars. The holiday & seasonal specials are always so creative and SO GOOD!! This is their completely homemade eggnog latte. Incredible 👏🏼 if you visit Athens, try it!

I loved it!! The coffee was great! It wasn't bitter or acidic. The employees were kind even though they were very busy and the atmosphere was kind of industrial modern. It was easy to find parking and the coffee shop. As far as I know they only have coffee and no food.

This coffee shop is in a weird little spot. The coffee itself was not bad. The service was okay. This girl cut in front of me and was just flirting with the worker which was irritating.

Most creative coffee specials in Athens. The banana stand (mocha with banana cold foam), is my all time favorite coffee. Kind owners, really good coffee. Nice, tucked away outside seating great for Sunday afternoons.

Found this shop while visiting another place. The setting puts it in an apartment/mill district. No need to drive for your daily Java run. They had a few different blends and interesting options. Seating is outside and service was fast. Nice approach using small pods for merchants! I had a Carmel latte with oat milk.
