I have lived here the past year and would like to share my experience. The apartment layout is small, yet comfortable. The apartments are over-priced and are continuously increasing. The walls are thin, so you can hear normal level conversations of your neighbors. The garden area is pleasant and enjoyable. The Management Owner (Mr. Gardner Brown) is not personable. The management workers have always been kind and friendly to me. The apartments are nice and the location was great for me, but the property management owner completely ruined my experience here.

Studio 51 was a fabulous place for our son to live the last 2 years - close to campus, a UGA bus stop, the intermural fields. Water and trash service included, a wonderful maintenance staff that were very attentive, on-site laundry. Quiet, clean, lots of storage space so he did not need a lot of additional furniture - we never saw a bug (a plus for mom)! Definitely would recommend and appreciative of his time there!

This is not a review of the condominiums, rather the leasing agency in charge, Greater GA Traditions. I leased a house from this agency for 2 years, during which everything went more or less smoothly, emphasis on less. By the time our lease began and we were ready to move in, the house had not been cleaned at all. It was disgusting and unliveable. It took several days before someone came to clean it. After moving out, our security deposit was several months late in being returned to us. Not only this, but it became increasingly difficult to get in touch with our landlord. On the few occasions that we were able to make contact, the landlord was entirely unhelpful in answering questions and concerns we had, especially about money that had been taken out of our deposit. Overall, the experience I have had with this leasing agency was unpleasant and unprofessional. I would recommend finding a different agency to lease from to save yourself lots of trouble in the long run.

Awful. Never received my security deposit back, management was atrocious and the apartments were not well maintained. Bug issues amongst several other issues.
