I was not excited about calling regarding the health fee given the reviews and my previous calls to this very large public school with not very knowledgeable/ helpful people answering calls. To my surprise, my call was answered quickly. Shannon was extremely kind and answered my question immediately. Thank you Shannon!

The people at the Student Accounts office are very rude. I've tried to settle an outstanding balance that was not my fault and the lady that I talked to directed me to another number in the middle of a conversation. I expect better service from a school that I am paying a lot of money to go to.

It takes forever to get simple questions answered about your student account and it seems like every question I ask they transfer me back and forth between 2 departments. Just want to talk to one person about how much I have to pay. They should make all this information accessible to ALL departments and offices dealing with student accounts so that one person can look at your information and actually be able to help you.

This is very big public university but if you look at their financial services and websites you may think this is a local high school. All financial services are messy, unorganized, hard to find targeted things you want. It seems supervision is done by naive people. Student account is totally full of craps. It is because university make money but does not pay well to their employee, especially who are not faculty members. Take care those people then you can expect good services.

I am leaving student assistant-ship and full-time enrollment due to filial financial problems. Loosing assistant-ship meant losing tuition waiver, and paying for everything. UGA Grad school and Bursar office have been very understanding and they allowed reduced enrollment past deadline along with out-of-state tuition waiver. It helped a lot.

I have attended UGA since 2007 and the antiquated financial aid website that looks like it came out of 1985 has never changed. It is quite literally the most confusing website ever and its close to impossible to figure out how to pay to go to school.

If I could do half a star I would. It’s never been more clear that an institution cares very little about its students but invests heavily into a football team that can’t even win.

This is crazy that you can't get any answers from a school that we pay so much money to. You can never get someone on the phone to troubleshoot your problems. This is unacceptable on all levels

Terrible. All four years of college they have never been good or easy to contact.
