Always so friendly. I usually go through Drive thru, and they are always so pleasant and smiling. They update you on what they are making and give you what is ready so far while keeping you in the loop with time frames. Great customer service!

Made a quick stop here all the way from Augusta. It was nice to escape the aftermath from the hurricane for a couple of hours, before we resupply and head back home. This was the first hot coffee we've had in days, it was lovely. ❤️ They even put a little of the apple syrup in them for us, that was delicious. 😊 The batistas are so friendly and welcoming here. The atmosphere at this location is cozy and warm, the whole store and restrooms are clean. What a treat to have some sense of normalcy before we head back into the madness. 🤪 We'll probably have to travel to Athens again to resupply, and you can bet we'll be coming back here too. ❤️

When I walked into the store, I was instantly greeted by everyone! When I went to take my order, Anthony was very good to help me out and he was so amazing. I didn’t know what I wanted so he helped me figure out what drink I wanted, told me exactly how it tasted, and overall helped me find the right drink to make! The drink was a 10/10 and there is no Starbucks that can match this environment.

Like others have mentioned, the staff at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I think they need to take a field trip down the street to Chick-fil-a to see what real customer service looks like. Updated 8/31/25 Sunday evening Once again we order using the app, go in to pick up the drinks, nobody says hi, despite saying hi to the employees there, still nobody greets us. We get our two drinks, get in the car and drive off just to find out they left out an ingredient for my wife's drink. Poor customer service and messed up drink orders seem to be the norm at this location these days. I was hoping it was just bad luck on our part, but more and more it seems to be bad hiring choices. *there is NO WAY all of these reviews happen to be 5 stars for this location. My wife and I have been regulars to this location for years and its NEVER been as awesome as so many of these reviews claim!!! Maybe they just treat college students better than older couples? I dont know, but this place is in no way 5 stars.... You offer an entire course called "To Be Welcoming" to help promote a store environment that makes everyone feel welcomed and appreciated according to your website. Did this store location participate? Your hiring is all about DEI, but is your customer service about DEI as well or is that just for your employees (called owners)? True DEI is more than just a hiring process, it should extend to the other side of the counter in how customers are treated as well.

Came in to order so I could work there. They take my order, and as soon as it’s done, tell me they’re closing the inside early. Why not tell me that so I could go to a different Starbucks and buy a coffee at a place where I’m actually going to be able to sit down and work?

I always drive a few extra miles for this specific location, the customer service is exceptional! The drive-thru line moves quick, and my beverages/food are always on point. Employees are always kind and attentive. Never had an unsatisfactory experience. Thank you for all your hard work :)
