Less customers but wait for too long. The taste is not good. I ordered Strawberries Matcha, but they forgot to add strawberry cream.

Order at least 20 minutes in advance and still be prepared to wait another 10-15 minutes on your drink. Always insanely slow, but the quality of service will vary depending on who is working. Some nice baristas and others make you wonder why they bothered to show up.

I swear this one barista has a vendetta against me. Everytime I order and she’s working it takes 30 minutes to get my drink. She’ll take orders and prepare others drinks who have ordered after me. Whenever I walk in and see her I know my drink will not be ready no matter how long in advance I ordered it

Definitely the worst Starbucks in Athens, I purposely avoid it if I can. Every single time I go, something is either wrong with the order or it takes upwards of 20 minutes to get it.

My most recent experience with this Starbucks was wonderful! They had three people working and got the orders out fast. The middle-aged worker was super nice as she went out of her way to show me how to scan my app for points. Employees like this who go above and beyond for their job is what makes a business great.

I’m not usually one to complain but this one barista from Starbucks is so disrespectful and rude. She is the white long blonde hair chick. I tip them most of the time even with online orders, but today when I came and picked my order up she just had this ugly attitude from the get go, and when I gave her a tip, she acted like I did something wrong and took it without saying thank you or even a smile, I was so shocked. How can a rude person like this work in the service industry.

This is the best Starbucks in Athens. There's usually only one or two ladies working here, and they make GREAT coffee. Please tip them and give them props for an awesome job. The way they maintain product quality despite ridiculously long lines and sometimes unfriendly customers is really impressive.

This one barista named kyler did not write my friends order down correctly and gave him the wrong order this has happened multiple times. he needs retraining or needs to be fired not going to lie.

Oof. I hate having to come to this Starbucks. My order is almost always wrong. I’ve tried ordering in person and via the app but doesn’t matter. The lady who works most days just can’t ever get it correct. Sure wish there was a drive thru nearby.

I am ALWAYS willing to go out of my way to go to specifically this Starbucks. The women here are so friendly and actually know how to make a good drink—if I see the older black woman who works here when I go, then I KNOW the drink is about to be delicious, and she’s always so kind and patient despite the long lines (and the fact that there’s usually only one or two people working here at a time)
