I was given an explanation on why matcha foams take up 90% of my drink and how I should have requested my order in a certain way so that it’s not all “matcha foam”. I’m… not sure why they’re using a blender to make matcha. It seems unique to this location because I haven’t had this problem at other stores Replying to the reply: I was given my TedTalk after I asked if the drink could be remade 👍

This is actually the best starbucks ever. The drinks they make are better than the ones I get from standalone locations. They are always super busy but they move really fast. They usually have everything in stock and the employees are super nice. The managers are also really nice and come talk to the people who are waiting in line. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I had to come back to edit. It looks like the location that I go to isn’t on here. That location I’m talking about is over there by Chick-fil-A and right next door to smoothie planet. And across from Kroger and a car work shop. I love this place! The atmosphere, the worker’s attitude and this young lady I wish I knew her name but I think she’s the manager there she wear glasses but anyway they are the BOMB! I go in there to do my homework sometimes because I don’t have my desk setup yet in my place so I have to get out the house so I want fall asleep doing homework at home. I choose to go to Starbucks but to this location, I just love it. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They speak to you going in and out. If I was rich I’ll write all of them a fat check because I appreciate nice with beautiful attitudes. Thank y’all so much.!!!!!! Give them ALL a raise please.

Real kind crew working here. Ordered an item that they were out of and recommended me another similar item. Additionally, they offered to throw in a free pastry out of our kindness. Cashier was very friendly as well. Would give more stars if I could.

The baristas at this Starbucks are always so friendly when I visit. I spend a good amount of time in Tate during the summer, and they always take a minute to ask how I am doing and they even remember my name and order. I hope they add Nitro Cold Brew soon!

Always busy, even between classes when you hope the line may have moved. They used to accept mobile orders which was great for ordering while in-class and picking up between classes, but they discontinued it last year and now it's a nightmare trying to get a coffee.

Coffees are great but the prices are incorrect on their menu. I was expecting a cheaper drink than what I paid for. Prices on menu are not reflective of actual prices. Please update your menu.
