Walked here on a Sunday since Gwinnett Transit doesn’t run during this day. St Mary of Egypt Orthodox is located in Lilburn, Gwinnett County. Their ritual differs from Roman Catholic & Christian. The member of the church were very welcoming. I was well informed on how the service by one of the church members. Awesome mass & very peaceful.

Lovely little church. The community here is like a family, and every service is beautiful. Father Christopher is wonderful. If you’re not familiar with orthodox worship it can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming at first, but stay for coffee hour and soon it’ll feel like home.

Jesus is in the midst of this Church. Father Christopher is gentle, caring, friendly, loving and kind. As soon as I leave there I want more. The people are loving and friendly. If you want God, go to this Church!! It is truly an awesome experience!!
