The staff there is friendly and has great service-- even offer a comfortable environment during your brief wait after checking-in. Diane goes over the taxes alongside the client to ensure that you fully understand it. Her and her staff go above and beyond to make the process easy and painless. In addition, small goodies are given to their clienteles :) I also love that when I referred my friends, I was credited and received a referral fee!
