I had a difficult case involving a hit and run. It was over a holiday weekend. The ACC Police looked for the driver of the other vehicle, though they were never found. My insurance company, was on the line for my car repairs and for covering my medical expenses. The Massey Law Firm was most helpful with my representation against my own insurance company. The initial settlement offer was less than $2,000 dollars. Repairs to my vehicle that was hit from behind was greater than that, not to mention the large medical expenses that I incurred during my healing process. I so appreciated the personal attention of the Massey Law Firm to work with my difficult Insurance company and the numerous phone calls to keep me up to date on the status of my case. The firm helped to receive a fair settlement and we eventually closed the case. Post Settlement Assistance I began getting statements an threats from medical providers saying that their bills had not been paid. I was sure that ALL bills were paid by the Massey Firm. I knew that they would not settle with me until they were also sure that the money owed to the medical providers had been paid. In essence, the providers were trying to get paid twice for their services. I took all the statements and demand letters to the Massey Firm and they were able to resolve the issue by providing proof that the providers had been paid and my accounts were in good standing at the time of my case settlement.
