We stayed at "A Cottage At Riverside" and we can not say enough great things about this place. So dog friendly for our pups. We were right on the lil river. So quiet, relaxing and all around enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be coming back to visit here.

My husband and I stayed at the Sounds of Silence cabin recently. We found the cabin to have what we needed. We loved the mountain view and sat on the back porch rockers quite a bit enjoying it. The house has three stories with a bedroom …

Sliding Rock Cabins does an amazing job! Riverside Nest was a wonderful cabin! Great place to get away and really be in the woods. There is a great little river just 101 steps down the back of the cabin. There is a hot tub, gazebo, sitting area with chimnea, and all the privacy you need. This is meant for 2 people and super dog friendly. They have everything you need. Just bring clothes and food, there is plenty of spices/seasonings in the cabinet. Also a great little guitar sitting room. Glad I brought my travel acoustic. There’s plenty of reading material and everything you need to make you feel like you are at a vacation home as opposed to an Airbnb or a hotel.

We were suppose to stay three nights, but it was so nasty we only spent the night and left the next morning. The outside has not been touched and the roof and gutters were overflowing with tree limbs, leaves and debris. The yard was the …

It was a great place for a getaway! I have dogs and it was great to be able to take all of them. The prior occupants did not secure the trash, so we had a bear visitor and we had to clean up the trash. Luckily the dogs' scent/barking kept it away once we cleaned up. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely book again.

My family and I recently stayed at IttaBena Lodge. This cabin was amazing. It was very relaxing to sit by the river and catch up with my family. My parents loved that there was a bedroom on the main level and the kids loved the beds on the lower level. They thought they had their own special area. My brother and I had battles at the ping pong table. Unfortunately, I lost but had a great time anyway. Overall, It was a great cabin to reconnect with the family.

This was our 4th summer with this dog friendly company. I truly appreciate the fact they not only take dogs, but accepted all 3 of ours without a pet deposit! Our pups and son loved playing in the creek while we were there. We like to try a …

I had to give it a 1 star because there was no zero. This is the worst, nastiest place I have ever been in. It stinks, the sheets are stained, the decks haven’t been blown off, the furniture should have been replaced 20 years ago, the lights don’t work in the kitchen. We will NEVER be back nor recommend it to anyone.

We had a very relaxing time this past weekend! We would have stayed another night if we could have. Cabin was very clean and well stocked! Couple of suggestions, since we didn't leave the cabin all weekend. Grilling out was very easy with the rain since it was under the screened porch but we would have liked to have had a bigger, newer refrigerator with an ice maker for the price per night. I personally hate filling ice trays. Also, again for the price....the toilet paper was horrible. I would suggest you bring your own! The directions are complicated and when my husband turned on the phone driving directions it led us right to the cabin. We printed the ones they sent us but we didn't come from Atlanta and missed the turn to get to Legion road where the gate is located. I gave the "gate keeper" the lot number and name on the reservation and still had to show my driver's license. The neighbor was very nice and spoke since it is not private and so we only used the hot tub once. Maybe a wood privacy fence on the railing would be better. Overall good relaxing stay and enjoyable cabin!

We couldn't get to the cabin without a 4-wheel drive. We back-slit and crashed causing damage to the bottom of the car. Lucky we weren't killed rolling down the mountain. I was willing to rent a truck but the only 2 places around close …
