I don’t know who your receptionist is but she caused you to lose a client. She is rude, disrespectful and thinks she’s an attorney herself I guess. How can you laugh at a client and then try to cover it up? What a shame! Sent in my revocation

Michael Keene is an excellent attorney. After using negligent attorneys the first time , I constantly questioned him about the things that frightened me and instead of being offended or belittle me he was encouraging and anyone who has ever applied for SSI knows it can be extremely hard to find a decent attorney for their claims. I 100 recommend this firm. The only thing I found lacking was being counseled about the approval , there's a lot more to it than just the awards , I really didn't know how to move forward with the process so neither one of us got what we should have in awards. I still highly recommend him.

I am so incredibly impressed with, and thankful for, the team at Silver & Archibald. They have helped me with 2 Social Security disability cases, and were able to get both approved at the hearing level with a judge...both cases had been denied twice when we attempted the process without representation. They took full advantage of me!! I have a rare neurological muscle disease known as Myasthenia Gravis! It fully affects my eyes, double vision & droopy eyelids! It affects my entire body but my eyes are in terrible condition. Being nervous and my eyes in terrible condition, I was unable to fully read the contract, which was noted. Instead of the lawyer helping me or telling me what was left he made me sign. Now that I’m much older, I can officially say sign under duress. When I went in front of the judge the 1st time I was denied, and another woman in the practice represented me. She quit before I went BACK in front of the judge. I also made sure after every appointment I took my own medical records in! At my 2nd hearing I was finally represented by the lawyer I originally signed the contract with. Mind you I had never talked to him between hiring him and my 2nd hearing other than 5 minutes the day before. While I was approved, he received $6,000! as a single mother with 3 kids, I fought hard for 5 years to get disability. He instead went and filed for MORE money! Now I do not receive money for 2 months because of Michael Keene’s GREED!!!! I hope he’s happy he just made a single mother without money to pay her bills and even afford Christmas!!! He literally just signed my eviction notice!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

Me. Silver got me my disability in one month. I had another lawyer for over 2yrs never spoke to him just his team. Meet with Mr. Silver and he explained everything to me gave me honest answers. Went to court and the judge approved me on the spot. That's very unusual for a judge to do this. His team is very nice and helpful and everytime I've ever called and needed to speak to Mr. Silver I was put right thru to him. Thank you everyone at Silver & Archibald! I recommend them to anyone. My mom even used them 4yrs ago and they got her approved also. So if you need a good lawyer you know who to call.

This is a lawyer's office they actually came through for my niece so I guess I have to give them 5 stars though a 40% charge is kind of high but it is free if you don't succeed it just took them four years but that was mostly the problem of the judge if you ask me... we don't have enough of them because of the sorry people in the government who played politics about the judges appointments. So they're backlog everybody has to wait
