My move-in experience at Serene at North was incredibly smooth. Tina was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process—she made everything simple and stress-free. The community is welcoming, the area is peaceful and well-kept, and the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. I truly appreciate Tina’s professionalism and kindness. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home and would definitely recommend Serene at North to anyone looking for a beautiful, serene place to live.

Shame on you ! People could have lost theirs lives today. How dare you take money to be provided a safe space for people to live while not having a proper functioning fire systems. Thank God for an angel protecting our families today. She alerted everyone of the fire. Poor lady I can only imagine the fear as she try her hardest to do the job a proper fire systems would have done. Athens Government shut them down!! Our loved ones deserve for someone to protect their rights of a safe environment. How about the managers hiding away in the time of need. Hmmm ,the worst of humans right there.

This apartment complex has so many issues never fixing anything or finishing what they were supposed to finish fixing. I am now sitting at my apartment Burning up because they decided to replace the AC but never connected and nobody’s in the leasing office because they’re gone. There is no emergency number to call and they charge all this money for what and then amenities for what? What amenities do we have in this apartment, also why am I paying a convenience fee when you don’t accept checks or money orders so you’re forcing us to pay online and we have to pay a fee for that scam .

I hate that I even have to give one star. These are the SLUMS! Roach infested and you will have paint peeling in your bathtub, not to mention the shootouts. Find somewhere else.

Serene has been good living here. Not enough maintenance but they do make sure they try to fill request! The key fob for the gym doesn’t work after business hours. The park is great for little kids. No strict rules when it comes to decorating your space inside and out. Not as noisy. Rent did not go up after a year of living here.

Great Apartment Complex with great Management. They have changed owners and the front office manager was very informative and friendly. She addressed all of my concerns and was down right honnest about any issues she felt had room for improvement. That alone makes me want to give this place a try. Submitted my application and just waiting on a call back. Looking forward to moving into a nice and affordable apartment. Thanks Miss Jennie Lee for everything.

Zero stars. DO NOT LET THEIR GIFT CARD PROMOTIONS DRAW YOU IN. It took them over 3 months of following up on it for them to even give us ours. Roaches. Rodents. Trash everywhere. Awful management. Have been here since March and they have went through 3 apartment managers and also changed management companies. Homeless people issues loitering. Cop raids. They will not warn you about the crime in the area JFYI (they have a form in lease that mentions them not being held accountable for telling you about it). Dog poop on every single grass area. Maintenance is never on site. It took them 3 months for us to receive a stove. 6 months to have a washer that did not leak. Thanks to their trash issue I even had a rodent get inside my vehicle and damage it and they denied any liability. There is a still a long list of issues since move in that hasn’t been resolved. I know it may seem affordable but DO NOT MOVE HERE . Spend the extra $100 and move somewhere else .

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. We lived here for 10 months and it was nothing but awful. Within the first month there was a shooting within the complex (in which the managers left no news or plan of action). The dumpsters are always overflowing with trash. The complex is dirty and dog poop is everywhere because no one cares to follow the rules on picking up after their pets. An awful experience. Add on that you hear nothing but highway 24/7, it’s just a terrible place to live. Unsupervised children run everywhere with no parental overwatch. AND our dryer was broken for 3 months and they refused to fix it. Don’t move here.

ILLEGALLY CHARGED RENT PAST END OF LEASE. I’m currently trying to get my money back from this horribly run apartment complex. My lease ended in September and I gave over 60 day notice of non-renewal, I returned the keys, completely cleaned, etc. before my lease ended. The leasing office acknowledge that I didn’t have anything else left to do and thanked me. Come October— and I get charged $1,425 for rent. I’ve left multiple messages, gone in person, talked with the leasing office multiple times, and the money is still not refunded. Disgusting that I have to spend many unproductive hours trying to get my money back because there’s no one competent at this place.

This is a very nice community. The office staff is very helpful and will help you every step of the way. The community is very clean and well kept. Anyone would love living here.
