This place is great if you love, cockroaches, ants, termites, and spiders and General lack of concern when you bring up issues to the office, you get a dismissive office staff who gives you a card with a incorrect email on it and tells you in quick fashion to just basically figure it out and send me an email The only saving grace of this place is quiet and most of the staff here is pretty decent. They can’t seem to keep anybody in the management office very long though.

This was my first time renting an apartment in the U.S., and I felt both nervous and uncertain. But Erica, the Assistant Manager at Serene at Creekstone, gave me tremendous help and support throughout the entire process. We exchanged nearly a hundred emails, and she was always incredibly attentive and patient, answering every one of my questions in detail. Even before I arrived in the U.S., my packages had already been delivered to the apartment. She kindly brought them inside for me to ensure they wouldn’t go missing. What touched me even more was that when I encountered difficulties setting up my electricity account, she took the initiative to help me contact the utility company and resolve the issue. None of this was part of her job description, she had no obligation to do any of it. And yet she went above and beyond to support me every step of the way. I am truly grateful to her. She is not only an outstanding manager but also a warm and trustworthy person.

Would NOT recommend!! If I could give it zero stars I would!! Never have I ever lived in a house thats 100% clean and still see roaches!! Also had a snake and lizard in my house so that was fun😆. Also property manager colleen sheppard disgusting attitude!! and as soon as you match her energy she will call the police!! If you want to live somewhere you would definitely want it to be nice and welcoming people in the office no one with a nasty attitude!! 0/10 save your time and your money!! I’m breaking my lease paying a termination fee just to leave! She also lacks common knowledge and because she doesn’t understand what you’re saying she’ll get upset 😩😂.

Colleen is the worst property manager we’ve had here. She is rude, disrespectful, and think she runs the tenants. Corporate office needs to fix this, a few tenants had moved because of her. This level of mismanagement affects everyone who lives here. The property itself is declining because problems are not addressed in a timely manner—or at all. It’s reached a point where something needs to change. For the sake of the tenants and the property, this manager either needs to be held accountable, relocated, or replaced with someone who can actually do the job. I genuinely hope ownership steps in before things get worse.

We applied to stay here in September 2024 but decided to go with another property. Today, January 23, 2025 we received a Debt Collection notice for $90 from Creekstone Apts. we never received an email or a paper bill from this property letting us know we owed a $90 application fee. We called Creekstone today to inquire what the bill was for and to ask why we were never notified of the charge and we get “oh, I wasn’t manager at the time or I would have let you know “. Be careful of this place if you do lease here.

Avoid leasing from this Serene at Creekstone and any Fogelman properties. They only care about the money. If you do rent here, pray that there are no issues with your unit, neighbors, or management because you will only speak to one manager. The current manager, Colleen Shepherd, does not work in a timely manner, is rude and demeaning (called and yelled at me for 24 minutes because I was requesting a follow up). The Fogelman customer service team and corporate office will not reply, you cannot get anyone on the phone and all voice messages are forwarded back to the manager at the leasing office. They do not enforce any rules unless it comes to money / payments. Best of luck!
