The customer service was good. The food was ok to me the bread was hard and flavorless. I also felt like I didn’t get a good value for my money. I tired the pizza with my husband and the avocado turkey sandwich.

This is the perfect dining spot for the winter! The atmosphere is cozy,the staff is friendly and helpful and all around good service. I love their turkey bacon club and their loaded potato soup,I ate it with one of their Cinnabons and had some of the best naps I've had all winter!

I’m currently writing reviews to all the places I love! I don’t think I’ve ever had anything I didn’t like off the menu. Saying that it is extremely hard for me not to just get the Original. This I’m sure will be a childhood memory for my boys of always going here and them getting the delicious sourdough pizza and me and my oldest splitting a giant Original. Oh and pair it with the jalapeño chips.

Had a previous bad experience with the drive-thru customer service. My mother tried ordering a dozen cookies. The staff on hand claimed it was impossible to ring up. However; Rachel Strickland (the manager) handled the matter professionally, and swiftly. She showed the staff how to ring it up correctly. Therefore; my mother was able to purchase a dozen cookies. Appreciate the great customer service from Ms. Strickland.

I am a food critic that tries sandwiches from all around the metropolitan Atlanta area, and I had one of my close buddy’s tell me about this place called Schlotzsky’s in Athens, Georgia. So, I decided to plan a trip to come to Athens and try this sandwich shop, and the second I walked into this place, I noticed that the atmosphere was electric. The people in there were extremely nice when I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted, and the kind lady taking my order suggested “The Original”. So, I got it and sat down and when I got my food I could already tell that it was going to be good based on the aroma of the sandwich. It had smoked ham with Genoa, which was amazing. Also, it had cotto salamis, cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, red, onions, mustard, and their signature sauce which was to die for. Overall I would rate this place a 8.7 out of 10, and the only reason I would not rate it higher was because the bun was a little soggy with all of the sauces and juices from the ham.

This restaurant has spiraled down in quality. Today we ordered 3 sandwiches. They had brown lettuce and over-ripe tomatoes, tasted horrible. The flavor of the sliced meats was low-quality horrible. The bread doesn't have the same texture and good flavor it once had. We scraped off the toppings and managed to eat one and a half of the three sandwiches then threw the rest in the garbage.

Dear Schlotzsky’s Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed at your Alps Road location. I ordered a supreme pizza, expecting the full array of ingredients as described on your menu. However, upon arriving home and opening the box, I discovered that the pizza only had pepperoni and sausage on it—none of the vegetables that are supposed to be included were present. There was only a tiny sliver of green pepper visible on the pizza. I’ve attached a photo for reference, showing what was placed in the box. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and let me know how it can be resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
