This play place had some interesting things that I haven't seen everywhere. It has a nice lounge area for people to do work or watch sports while the kids play. The facility is spacious with enough play options for everyone. They have larger party rooms, which is nice. This place definitely has an industrial vibe, lots of unfinished space. It's not really warm and inviting. I had issues with a trampoline, and I spoke to a staff member about it. She did nothing just shrugged and didn't seem to care. This was very annoying. While no one was hurt, I felt like it was only a matter of time. They make u watch a safety video, and a lot of signage is posted about "jumping at your own risk." Seems like they would do that rather than to keep folks safe. Also, there is wear and tear on mats, and it seems like they need a refresh. Update: The management called me to speak with me about this review and is looking into stuff. They stated they take safety and security seriously.

The bathroom is why 3 stars! 2 stalls in the women’s bathroom with home style toilets! The toilets should be quick recovery auto flush. There is enough space to expand the bathroom in that corner. A plumber could change those toilets out in one morning probably for less than $1000$. There is 200+ people in this place right now, y’all should be ashamed. My kids love this place. It was 64$ for 2 at 2 hours + 2 socks on Saturday at 3pm.

Rush is a perfect place to have your kids birthday party . We been doing party’s here for the past 3 years and they never disappoint . You don’t have to get your house dirty or plan the food menu or games … you just show up and they have everything covered .. they always give you 1-2 helpers and they receive all the presents and they decorate the room for you . They also help pass out the food and make sure you have nothing to worry about . I always leave feeling so satisfied after celebrating my daughters birthday party. The only sad thing is that they don’t allow you to bring coca-cola products for your guest .

First reaction is that it smells very clean. The bathrooms are clean as well. The place is a bit crowded for how many kids they allow at once, and the bigger kids don't really let the smaller kids play dodgeball. You also can barely hear the announcement for when it's time to go, they don't give you a time when you purchase your bands. That being said, we had the best time as a family, until it was time for our color to go. Bc of the lack of clear sound or information for when your hour is up, we were unsure, we had put our phones away. Someone, who I'm assuming was the owner or manager bc she had normal clothes on instead of a uniform and socks, was VERY rude to me and my 7 year old niece. We were 8 mins over our hour and i was in the process of trying to figure out if it was time to go or not. All while trying to keep an eye on my 3 children bc there's SO many kids allowed in at once. She came up to us and told us "its time for you to leave". She told my niece she needed to leave, and that she was DONE. It WAS time for her to get down and go. I understand they have to keep the flow of people moving, but it was 8 whole minutes. This lady was blunt and rude and very, just get out and go. As a mother, it was enough to make me never want to go back! All 3 of my kids enjoy it there and go regularly. I'm not so sure anymore.

This is an okay jumping facility. Staff was very friendly and courteous.The place was not really the cleanest. Kinda pricey for the time that you get to jump. kept the kiddos busy for a couple hours. Not really a lot for parents to do so bring a book or a laptop.

This was a great experience. I love how the staff interacts with the jumpers. The customer service here is superb! We stayed for two hours and the kids didn’t get bored!!

We've been here multiple times and my 7yr old loves it. There's plenty of different areas to keep them occupied other than just jumping in one spot. It's nice that they have a parents lounge area and a cubby area for all the shoes. The staff is always very friendly and conscious of the children and their safety.

Smells clean as soon as you walk in,nice and spacious areas for parents to sit while their kiddos play. They have adequate amount of staff for areas for safety.
