The owner is a great guy. Nice quiet stay. I had no choice but to live in the hotel for 3 months. I had my service dog with me too, and there were no problems with that. I got to meet people from all over. I heard their tales and they're adventures. All this was three years ago. I actually had one of the best times of my life here. They call it a trap motel. I'm not a drug user and I have no business judging anyone for what they do. If they left me alone, I left them alone. I had no problems with the people though.

Room's are only $35 a night BUT if you buy cheap... you get cheap!! Basically no phone, no cable, the shower curtain was pitiful & the roaches crawling on the walls were the worst! I know places will get bugs but they looked like the kind of place that didn't care. The carpet was so disgusting, it was so stained... just a cheap room is all I can say

The gentleman that runs the rose hill motel is great, he is friendly and helpful. But there needs to be alot of upgrades on the rooms. I understand leaving it the way it is keeps the price down but I checked in on christmas eve, the only heat was a small electric heater, the television didnt work, and last but definitely not least I saw a couple of roach bugs. I hate bugs, but I detest a bedbug or a nasty roach bug. I will make the owner aware of the television and the bugs if the situation is rectified I will also post another review. But the door in our room looked like someone has at some point tried to kick it in and they fixed it with electrical tape, the door would not lock on the inside I had to work abs work with it to finally get it to work. Needs new doors and locks, need better TVs and some sort of cable or satellite, new carpet wouldnt hurt and new tubes and sinks in the bathroom, and MOST DEFINITELY upgrade the heat system!! I love the Rose Hill Motel and I will come back its quiet private and just out of the way enough that u can escape awhile if need be but still be close by. The price is awesome and I love coming here just wish he would fix the place up a bit it would attract more business!! .
