First room giving was extremely hot, A/C wasn't working properly. The second room giving was a bit better but had issues with water build up in the shower. The cleanliness could of been better. Room seems like it was not swept upon arrival. …

Not a good experience. I walked in with high hopes, but between hotels.com issues, which resulted in my itinerary not showing up. I was told I could book a room for close to double the rate of the app. When I said no, they wanted to negotiate. It's too late for that!

1st off, I waited at least 10 minutes before calling the posted managers phone number about seeing someone to check in. Once the decrepit elder man showed up we I was not greeted, he only held his hand out wanting my ID. Once I finally got checked in the room was disgusting, trash and a big pile of dirt swept in the floor, went back down to catch an attitude from said decrepit elder and was given another room that was also not properly cleaned but I accepted it. I was double charged for my room as well. My co worker went through 4 different dirty rooms they tried to give him before they ended up refunding his money and asking him to go stay somewhere else. That had told us that the normal cleaners were out and won't be back for 4 days. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at this hotel unless you like to feel unwelcome and dirty. Even the desk agent sleeps on the floor in the room behind the desk.

MAKE SURE YOU READ!! IMPORTANT! I came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s 21st birthday. I called before hand to book the room. I spoke with three different people, even the elder man at the front desk. They ALL told me that I had a room with the hot tub. Okay so the day comes and I get to the motel an the same man that was on the phone also told me that I had t payed for a room with the hot tub. Mad? Wasn’t even the word. We still got the room after having to pay an extra $35.00. That should have never had of been payed. We get to the room a there was hair in the tub 🤮. Literally looked like someone shaved in the hot tub… but luckily I have cleaning supplies in my car. I went ahead and cleaned it myself. The rooms the best looking either. From the picture I seen online the tub we got was not black with a red heart it was white & not shaped like a heart. This is not a motel to bring someone to to for a special occasion. Pls pls pls take my word. It was a terrible experience. The man in the front office that can nearly speak English is so so rude. An he just puts his hands on the counter expecting you to know what to hand him. While two other ladies were there speaking in a different language an were pointing at my and my boyfriend. So so rude.also the fridge is very small and has a little freezer box. But in ours as you can see in the photo there is something in the freezer. Froze to it that has probably been there forever. I tried to remove it an it didn’t work it’s literally stuck! The beds in the room with the hot tub are claimed to be king size beds. They are not! More like double or full size. I still made the best of it but if I was you I would just choose another place!

DO NOT STAY HERE. go to quality inn across the street it’s 100x better Waited about 10 minutes and had to call multiple times for someone to check us in just to be ignored and not even welcome us in just reach his hand out for an id. I checked out 9 different rooms before leaving, they all had hair and the bathrooms were filthy, some reeked of smoke, one had used condoms in it, one had a used razor, used soap bars, one had some pill in a bed, after complaining about different rooms the workers said they would show me 2 last rooms, one of them had hair all over the sheets, just the same as all the other rooms it looks like they only make the bed but don’t change the sheets after people stay, the last room they showed me had hair in one bed and a pill in it with the bathroom being dirty, they told me it was normal and their excuse was the cleaning people didn’t arrive for another 4 days and i should deal with it they said if i don’t like it to go elsewhere. i stay in hotels almost every night for work and this is by far the worst place i have seen.

I booked a non smoking room due to my allergies and once we arrived the room smelled so much like smoke! The room has a huge gap under the door which I had to cover with a towel and the window also has a gap in which the bright lights from the outside showed within the room all night. The guy at the front desk was nice and the location of the hotel was in a good area around food and a gas station within walking distance. Even though the manager was nice I will never be booking with them again. If I pay for a non smoking room it should not smell like smoke as soon as you open the door 🤢

No! No! Yes... First room reeked of weed. Second room, the microwave was broken. Third room... TV did not work, staff fixed it, so I stayed in the lesser of the three evils, and... So damn disgusting. * Filled sink with shampoo water and wiped down surfaces that were filthy. * Walls were smeared with... Crime scene residue? Fallout from food fights? Yellow drips and stains that I don't even want to identify. * Black mold in shower stall, on ceiling, and the bathroom sink drain emitted a strong smell of mold. * Shower did not drain. * Toilet seat was not on tight. * Smoke alarm pulled off the wall. * Fridge was barely cold. * Every single towel was stained. * Little shampoo in the room was half-used. * Umm... Semen on the bedspread? (Don't know what else it could have been.) * Floor was full of dog fur and dirt. The one positive? The shower curtain DID NOT smell like pee, as I had anticipated. The front desk personnel had very little understanding of the language that I was communicating with... English! This review is the list that will be read to Wyndham when I call them as a Diamond Member.
