Well I have dear friends that lived there, subsequently, due to negligence on the property management, hoa and the owners . They couldn't decide who was to pay the bill for water damage , bad leaks. Ongoing for months until the infant had to be hospitalized in ICU for respiratory issues directly related to mold. I hope this family are compensated for the emergency trip to Atlanta and the Icu. Prayers to the family

This is probably one of the most spacious two bedroom condos you will see in the area. The upper level 2 bedroom 2 bath units have vaulted ceilings galore! Great Roommate Floor plans. Nice place to call home for a UGA student or anyone. Their new wood porches look great!

Rivers Edge is a great little property located in central Athens right off of West Broad Street on the edge of Beechwood. The property was built around 1985 and the original Builder made sure that these apartments had a lot of space. The units range from 800 to 1500 square feet. A few of the units are also two-story townhouses.

Place is awful , there's so many code violations . I've worked property management for over 10 years . This place would be a nightmare. Black mold everywhere

Owners son gave condo on labor day to his friends even we payed a year in advance, worst run place ever, unless they sell we will never go back
