Currently here at the cabin. My mom booked for a fun night away for the grandkids. They’ve been so excited for the hot tub - however once we got here, they were unable to use due to be it being so disgusting. Contacted the management team and he said he was making a call, to never hear back. Within the same time frame, the front of a drawer in the kitchen fell off, the ice maker in the kitchen was found to be disgusting, and we noticed the water pressure was very low. Fast forward to giving the kids baths. There was someone using the shower down stairs, and we had ZERO water upstairs in the bathrooms or kitchen. We again contacted management for them to have the neighbor come look at the well. He also questions how many were using the bathroom. In a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cabin - I would expect that we can use more than one shower or sink at a time. Due to the lack of care or communication from the management team we have started having to figure out other arrangements at 9pm.

My family and I rented this cabin recently and i must say for 1240.00 for 4 days 3 nights i expected things to be better than they were. One of the bedrooms were dirty, sheets had makeup stains from a previous stay, The Master bedroom mattress was disgusting. ( Under the sheets) The cleaning company they have to clean for them is horrible. Even dirty dishes in the cabinets. I did call Blue Creek Cabins and explain to them about the dirty sheets etc. They did send them to reclean the room.... however they cleaned the master instead and suggested that me or my boyfriend pee'd the bed. Well that didn't happen. They felt if they said that then they wouldn't have had to do it for free. Even the manager said they smelled of urine. Maybe those sheets were dirty as well. i had to pay 35.00 for cleaning which was charged to my card without me knowing. We couldn't use the electric dart board because it was broken, the Jacuzzi we couldn't use due to it felt like a shock when you touched the water. Again, I spoke to the rental company and never did they suggest giving me some of the charge back or nothing. Nothing to make this right. I haven't even received my 35.00 for the cleaning fee. So i would not recommend staying at this cabin.
