Great motel they have an actual breakfast in the morning still, from 6 to 9. Large, clean rooms with new comfortable beds that are NOT lumpy... Very hot water which is nice, not cheap on the hot water heater temp. And a pool that is open in the summer! Friendly staff, clean well-maintained hotel. It's safe and quiet, set back from the main road with plenty of parking even for tractor trailers. I also saw they have laundry machines on-site for customers. Very convenient. They are also walking distance from many restaurants and stores. Good motel

~~Pro's~~ **Pricing is decent with weekend rates running an average of $70ish per night. Week days are a bit cheaper. **Rooms are relatively spacious. For the most part clean. Beds/pillows are comfortable **Rooms have small 1 cup coffee makers & use specific non universal pods. They also have an Iron and board, hair dryer, mini fridge & microwave, some of the fridges have a freezer, cable smart TV with limited channels **Free Wi-Fi on the property for all rooms **Pool, a sheltered sitting area with picnic tables and grills **Property is generally kept up **Kid, pet & family friendly **Continental breakfast every morning 6 to 9 ~~Con's~~ **The property & surrounding are rather noisy. It's next to a major interstate off of an very busy & congested exit and area. ** A major inconvenience, for me, is this City's congested 4-lane road with no turning lanes turn through the city. Red lights and U turns are the only option. It gets old doing all of that back and forth for simple trips to to the store. ** And with these facts, a lot of congestion equals a lot of noise. **Room showers have weak water pressure toilets flush didn't

Enjoyed my stay there. Room was clean and the hotel is located in a spot that is quiet at night. Pool was comfortable and clean. Staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful for anything I needed while staying. Breakfast could use an upgrade, fairly limited on choices. Hot food other than waffles would have been a better choice to have. Would stay again if visiting Commerce.

This is a good place to stay at a good price. The room was very clean and had a lot of room in it. My only complaint is that the bed was sooo loud, I seen the review where someone else said this also. I can’t explain how loud it was or why but besides that everything was great. :) oh yeah and put more towels in the room 😉 recommended

Got really lucky to get this room at the price. A little far from i wanted but for the price and whats around, you honestly can't lose. Neighbors lowky suck. One was fighting at night and another kept putting car alarm on. For what the hotel can control everything was quite great!

This hotel used to be reasonable until they started ripping off guest by charging a ridiculous fee regardless of if the room was smoked in or not. Then the owner and his entire family live there seemingly making it uncomfortable for the guests. I will never go back there. The back parking lot has high drug activity also.

Just needed a room for one night because I was too tired to drive back to South Carolina. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. For less than $100, you can't go wrong here.

Stay here ALOT and it's the best Red Roof around. Friendly, clean and quiet. Front Desk staff are awesome .

I checked in at 11:30pm for 2 nights, and I couldn’t even get a late check-out (for 1 hour) until noon unless I wanted to pay another $25! So, if you're late checking out, they will charge you. But, you can check in as early as 11am without being charged extra as a lady informed me who was unloading her vehicle as I was leaving & said that'swhy they came there; the early checkin. I question if they clean the floors with the used guest towels ??? I've never seen a humidifier in a hotel room but sure did need it without running the a/c continuously. I flushed a dead roach bug as well. And, you can not scroll through the TV channel guide and make a selection or view movie info ; you have to go through the channels. The bed was very uncomfortable, too. I do not recommend.

I normally hate writing reviews, but the customer service from this place was horrible. I received a call from one of the front desk people screaming at me to put a leash on my dog and that because my dog was running without a leash one of the guests fell. When I tried explaining that it's impossible since for starters my dog is always on his leash and second I left the room at 0530am. How could my dog cause the fall when I wasn't in the area? When I asked questions regarding when did it happen? Where did it happen? And described the dog she couldn't answer it and only said the guest said it was yours and in the end, you were the only one there. She started threatening to get the manager to review the camera and I welcomed it! I said wait you didn't even review the camera? When will the manager be there I would like for them to review the camera and see. She refused and I kept calling every 30 minutes to speak with one and she constantly refused. It doesn't take rocket scientists to figure out the loopholes in the person's story right? Well, she wasn't the brightest. This was a horrible stay and the amount of stress it has put on me to be falsely accused of something that I wasn't involved with is ridiculous. I do believe that the receptionist only threatened and harassed me because of my skin color.
