Pulled in around 1130pm. Nobody at the window. I had already had a reservation. Called, rang the doorbell still no answer. About 10 mins of this the front desk clerk pulls into the parking lot in a car. She wasn't even at the hotel. Not good customer service at all. Room smelled like smoke even tho it states no smoking. I would not recommend this hotel. A little pricey also.

Room has bugs, and dirty sheets. Manager claimed no refunds and they’ve never had bug complaints. You can see plenty in the reviews. They tried to tell us the “premium rooms are better” “no bugs” I have a newborn, so I refused. Manager denied until I spoke directly on the phone. We never signed anything that said no refunds, so they refunded us.

For the price you pay you can’t beat this place. I had to make a last minute reservation for a week long stay due to work. Was skeptical of the prior reviews but this place is in a great location, safe area, well lit at night stay, daily cleaning service and in the same parking lot as Waffle House. Cleaning service isn’t perfect but gives best effort. Would definitely stay again.

Roaches! As soon as we walked in the room and turned on the bathroom light roaches scattered. Crusty and dated room. Within 3 mins we asked for a refund and were offered the “luxury” room.
