Got a room here for 3 night kinda last minute for Petit Lemans. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast well stocked. Rooms were dated but clean. Good shower pressure and clean bathrooms. Couldn’t have been happier with the cost and overall experience last minute.

⭐ 1 out of 5 – One of the Worst Hotel Stays I’ve Ever Had! My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. One of the female receptionists was extremely rude and spoke to guests as if we owed her something – totally unprofessional and unfriendly. The breakfast was low-quality and completely inedible. The hallways were dark, dirty, and smelled awful. The room’s air conditioner was old and made so much noise that it was hard to sleep. The TV was outdated, with poor picture quality and barely audible sound. The shower was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Even the windows were disgusting – covered in dust with both dead and live insects stuck to them. Absolutely gross! If you’re looking for a clean, respectful, and comfortable place to stay, avoid this hotel at all costs. Don’t waste your time or money here.

first, $185 a night is criminal for this. The hotel itself looked stained and needs remodeled. The room looked permanently dirty. The breakfast bar was sad, everything was sad for the price. $90 a night would’ve been reasonable at best. …

The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was raining and I was just waiting a couple of minutes for my Uber, but the receptionist told me I couldn’t sit in the lobby because they wanted to “clean.” I explained I’d leave shortly, but she insisted I step outside — in the rain, with several backpacks. On top of that, the inside and outside of the hotel were extremely dirty and poorly maintained — far from acceptable for any hotel standard. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Alecia, great customer service!! She went out of her way to make sure, since vending machine was out of bottled water, that I had Spring water compliments of the front desk office. Shoutout to Barbra’s excellent, professional customer service. Great personality!!! Refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in her job!!

The staff were polite and friendly the rooms were fine. It’s pretty basic. The hallways felt like a combo of a hospital and college dorm. The noise from the doors closing is insane. The hotel also had an odd smell! I might stay here again. It wasn’t my first choice in places but it was close to my friends.

The room was mostly good. Some deep scratches on the floor but otherwise can't complain about it. The breakfast was also top notch. The service at the front desk was horrible. I had the "it's quality time" sign on the door, and they refused to renew my room for that reason. When I told them I had my wife ask about cleaning the room they made it seem like it was mandatory, but never came to the room. She also lied about trying to inform us. Claiming she tried all 3 days in front of the camera, but of course she didn't have access to the camera to prove it. In other words she lied. They made no efforts to inform us. They could have called too but didn't. The food around the place also sucked.

Arrived at midnight, needed 3 rooms (we traveled from out of state to come to La Vaquita) I didn’t expect much from the 3 star review but I was surprised how quiet and updated this hotel was. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was non existent -just muffins and coffee but better than nothing.
