Everything was great about my stay nice breakfast setup. Staff was super friendly.. anything I needed help with front desk worker miss harris was there to help no attitude room was clean and right by the best Mexican restaurant I've ever ate at ... I give 10 stars

This is one of 2 motels in Washington. I went to the quality Inn and I had some bites, looked it up and it said it was bed bugs. I went to get the manager and she confirmed it was. She told me that they were only on the top right of the bed, which of course is silly, my bites were on my back, my legs and my face. She lifted the mattresses and offered me another room. I couldn’t think of staying there again. I book a room at the Hilton in Thomson, half hour away. I had to bomb my car, wash all my clothes and suitcases, it was terrible. Plus lost the whole afternoon and next morning off

What a lovely experience. I had the privilege of being greeted and checked in by Keisha and Diamond. These two ladies have huge smiles, great personalities, and provided me with Outstanding Customer Service. My room was impeccably clean, neat and smelled good. This is not a new hotel you find in a bigger city, but the pride they put into making it welcoming, smelling good topped off with outstanding customer service makes you feel right at home. Elegance!
