Terrible experience with this hotel and its owner. I was invited here for a job from another state, even though I am only 20 years old. I do not know anyone in this state, but I still traveled by bus and came here with trust. After making me stay for three days, the owner suddenly refused to hire me and told me to leave without any clear reason. I was left alone in an unfamiliar city, which is known for its high crime rate, and had to struggle to manage everything on my own. The owner’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The hotel itself was dirty and poorly maintained. I strongly recommend that no one stay here or work here.

Basic maintenance is severally lacking. Damaged and worn out furniture. Missing lightbulbs and what is there are different in color/lumination. Broken lamp switches. Black mold in shower/bath tub. Toilet seat extremely loose. Toilet tank …

Needed a place to stay the night with a 90lb dog as my ac compressor went out in the middle of this crazy heat. This place was the closest to me (Monroe) that accepts large dogs. Made my reservation over the phone then headed right over to Winder. Walked in and the lobby thermostat read 83 degrees, it definitely felt like it. Got my keys and walked to the room, open the door and it reeks of cigarette smoke......no way was i sleeping in this room for the night. Headed back over to the front desk to switch rooms and the lady at the front desk was accommodating and gave me another room. This one was better but there were stains on the chair, this was the worst hotel room I had ever stayed at. Checked out at 6am just to get the heck out of there. No elevators only stairs for those who decide on a 2nd floor room.

The manager here is so rude. Our tv wasn’t working asked them to come assist several times. She finally came up she had an attitude and when she fixed it she just threw the remote on the counter. The rooms smell like somebody smoked a whole cart of cigarettes and left. I asked her do she have some smell goods because I didn’t want to keep wasting my perfume she walked right out the room and slammed the door. I don’t recommend.

Avoid this hotel. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and the entire place had a disgusting smell. In one corner of the room, there was a single black sock that someone had worn and left behind. The towel had someone’s hair tangled in it. Even the TV didn’t work. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Excellent place to stay. Wonderful breakfast and the staff is always so friendly. Housekeeper named Caroline found my medicine that cost a lot of money found . I recommend this hotel .

Horrible customer service. Created a misunderstanding and did not own up to their doings like kids. We wanted a refund because we were not able to have any family visit us in the hotel during our stay. They said they had a 10 minute policy where if you don't refund within that 10 minutes you cannot get a refund. 10 minutes is so short. Does not give you time for anything. We found another place better but they would not give us a refund even though it was all in cash. Was maybe like 10-15 minutes after we got our card key as well. So money hungry. They did not even go over that policy with us and yet they expect us to compromise with it when it was hidden from us.
