They required me to swipe my credit card again at check-in, even though I already paid online when I made my reservation. This placed two pending charges of $205.60 on my card. I showed the clerk and he said both would be held and once one …

June 20, 2025: Kevin was Great. From there, it went down a steep slope. Before bringing in our luggage, we have learned to inspect the room. We discovered a king bed with very damp comforter, sheets, pillow cases, pillows, and after walking out of the tiny bathroom, discovering water on the vinyl plank flooring coming from under the flooring. As I headed to the tiny office, I met Kevin, bringing my wife's drivers license to her. With my expression, Kevin asked if all was OK. Kevin, you need to see all of this. He did. He was FRUSTRATED and without words except about the "They" people. They told me this was repaired. He took us to a (two bed) room. OK. ALL the rooms, the outside walkway, the cubby where the ice machine is located ALL smelled Rank of those tiny, nasty, flavored cigars and flavored vaps. Nauseous. Kevin sprayed something, but it did not work. The wetroom smelled Very musty. I am 5'10 and 190 pounds. The space for the toilet fits a three or four year old. The bathtub floor was as slick as Teflon and NO grab handles inside the shower stall. We expected their advertised breakfast, which turned out to be pastries only. We are both T1 Diabetic and my wife is life-long Celiac. Sad. The rooms all have a step up / step down at the entrance door, so Be Careful. It's definitely a trip and fall hazard. The curtains hang out past the vents of the heat and air unit. I could go on, but I am tired. No return here for us.

DJ, who runs the Quality Inn in Monroe, GA is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was available and accessible at nearly all hours to us with our many late requests for our group's last stay. There aren't many hotels in Monroe, GA, so if needing to have clear communication and comfort in knowing your rooms are solid, this is where I recommend to go.

Booked this room for a one day work event, with no particular expectations. Very disappointed. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a front desk clerk who was very inappropriate with conversation, asking personal questions and overly aggressive with compliments. I quickly dismissed his advances, and he responded “well I have your address and phone number here, maybe I will give you a call sometime”. The room itself was fairly updated and presentable. I noticed the door latch was cracked and had been damaged by an obvious break in or attempt. I was told it’s ok and works just fine, when I brought the issue to management. I could tell the room had been wiped down but cleanliness was not a priority. There was hair all over the floors, on the bed pillows, and hair clippings stuck to the shower walls. I was overly disgusted. The provided toiletries, though I do not use them, were not sealed and had obviously been used or refilled. I’ve marked this location off of my list of places to stay when I travel to this area for work.

This hotel is not worth a star let alone 5. The room’s linens are dirty, the bathrooms are not clean, the microwave and fridge are dirty or not working , they have nets and stink bugs in the rooms, the doors have openings that allows all kind of bugs to enter, their customers service is bad. I called to desk to complain about the bugs he came in seen it and went and got someone else to do what he should’ve done per his own job title, then left the bug and paper in the sink after the other person killed it. I showed them the stains which looks like dirt and he ignored me saying they were ok but I’m not paying $150 plus dollars to sleep with stained or dirty linen. They charge to much for these rooms when they’ve only panted and slapped some cheap wall panels to cover up the filth. The mattress are dirty, the tubs are dirty. Oh and the older Indian man in house keeping is the rudest housekeeper I’ve meet. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re in that area I recommend driving a few miles up to Loganville Quality Inn for a way better stay. You would think from the money they charge they’d have better cleaner towels and face cloth also. But they will try and keep the outstanding extra $50 they charge on top of the high pricing

Good location, seemingly well-maintained property (especially loved the rose bushes). Stayed 1 night while passing through and had to take an accessible King room. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, and air worked well. The very large bathroom with roll-in shower had all the amenities one would need for accessibility. The room had obviously been updated, however, there was an area on the ceiling in the bathroom with water damage and mold/mildew. My husband's allergies told the tale of this major health hazard. I just don't understand how something this obvious can be overlooked to get to the state it was in. I mean, the 2-foot large circle of black discoloration popping out from the otherwise pristine white paint is the first thing you see when taking a look around the bathroom area. Makes you wonder just how "clean" the rooms truly are...

First time staying. Location was great for our needs. Service was good. No mention of a deposit on room I assume for damage when booking. Room overall was clean and comfortable. Had a 2 night stay. Room had not been cleaned while we were out. Did read about the green program with towels no problem. Just came back to trash cans not emptied and beds not made. Overall would try again.
