Love my doctor, and the staff has been great! Project Family has psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists all in once place, so it makes everything easy and convenient. My doctor took the time to explain treatment, and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The people working there are welcoming, and I could not have had a better experience.

My children were with this place for almost 3 years unfortunately the original therapist they had left. We ended up getting another therapist Yvette who is terrible and created more problems, called child protective services with false reports, falsifying documentation and them kicked my child off because their therapist is terrible. We never had any issues until we got this therapist in November of 2023. They allowed her to create more problems in my home and not meet my child’s needs. Now my child is left without a therapist when she needed it the most. They don’t care about children’s mental health and meeting the children’s needs or being able to identify a child’s need at that. GO ELSE WHERE!!! UPDATE THEY HAVE NOW KICKED MY OTHER CHILD OUT THAT HAS BEEN WITH THEM THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES UNTIL THIS WOMAN BECAME THEIR THERAPIST. SHE ALREADY HAS NOT SEEN MY SON FOR WEEKS. I RECEIVE AN EMAIL HOW HE WILL HAVE TO LEAVE TOO. I KEEP ALL MY EMAILS AND COMMUNICATION I HAVE WITH THEM JUST FOR THIS REASON. THIS TYPE OF THERAPIST SHOULD BE BANNED FROM WORKING WITH CHILDREN. SHE IS VERY MUCH NOT OK AND UNEDUCATED IN SOME AREAS. IS SAD THAT COMPANIES HAVE TO KEEP THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE JUST TO HAVE BODIES. I speak up when stuff is not right. SHE THINK SHE WON BY HAVING MY CHILDREN KICKED OUT OF PROJECT FAMILY. YVETTE has failed to fulfill the duty of care AND HAS MENTALLY INJURED MY CHILDREN AND PROJECT FAMILY SUPPORTS THIS AS MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN THERE AND SHE JUST STARTED THERE. 08/27/24 UPDATE NOW MY SON IS LEFT WITHOUT A THERAPIST TO MEET HIS NEEDS WITH A TRANSITION BACK INTO SCHOOL! THIS IS VERY SAD THEY ALLOWED THIS THERAPIST YVETTE TO COME INTO OUR FAMILY AND CREATE PROBLEMS, CALL CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES, STOP SEEING MY SON WITHOUT NOTICE AND PROVIDE FALSE DOCUMENTATION! MY CHILDRENS MENTAL HEALTH WAS NOT IMPORTANT WHEN WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS BEFORE YVETTE WAS EMPLOYED AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMS!

My experience has been amazing. Everyone on staff is attentive and is easy to deal with, and the psychiatrist and therapists actually listen. I feel like they care about growth and development. My kids are finally getting the care they deserve!

Everyone is extremely loving and caring. They genially care about their patients and do everything in their power to help them. We have never had to wait more than 5 min for an appointment. They are extremely good at what they do. I would recommend project family to anyone and everyone.

These people are wonderful. They unfortunately do not do emergency or critical care, which I've needed, but I understood that when I started with them. They're still terrific; I'd love to stay with them.
