Hands down, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. They had one server who was also the bartender. One hostess who was missing for the first 5 minutes we stood waiting to be seated and who was also on their phone while food was sitting in the window and waters were empty. The server was lovely and did the best they could, but it was bad. We were there to celebrate a 40th birthday, a reservation made 2 months prior for this celebration. They were out of 4 items we ordered on the menu. When the check came, every item on the bill was upcharged 10% from the menu and no one could explain why. The “manager” offered 30% off but then left it to the server to try to take care of it, so we sat longer. Then the check came back with 30% off a single item, which the poor server had to try to resolve themself without any help from management. Still in absolute shock at what a terrible experience this was. I will not return, nor do I suggest anyone else come here. Go to Raffertys for 1/3 of the cost and a service staff that will at least check on you, ask you if your steak is cooked properly, refill your water, have the menu items you ask for, and not try to steal your money with randomly upcharging all menu items. Not one person at this place tried to make anything right. And most of all, a terrible way to celebrate a 40th birthday.

Had reservations for 6:15 on a Friday night. Waiter was doing great till our order went in… then he disappeared for 20 minutes. They botched the orders, then when my ribeye came out (ordered medium rare) it was well done at best.. charred to oblivion. Restaurant tried to amend by giving a sugary dessert.. yet had they paid attention, they would know I am diabetic so, no thanks. At $300 + for a steak dinner this restaurant fell way short of the mark.

We had a wonderful 38th anniversary celebration. First the service was excellent. All the staff were nice, friendly and knowledgeable but our server was absolutely the best-simply amazing! He even captured the moment for us in great pictures with my phone and a special camera light that he carried. Then all the food was first class quality and so tasty. Started with She crab soup that was delicious and at 66 years old the best I have ever had. The meal was accompanied with a basket of wonderful fresh rolls. The entrees we selected were a special featured Grouper Piccata and the popular Ribeye steak. Both were perfectly prepared and well presented. The flavors were divine! The steak came with a nice salad. Other side items we had were grilled asparagus, green beans, and garlic red skinned mashed potatoes. All tasty. The dessert was a chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Overall an excellent meal served by caring staff in a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend The Porterhouse Grill for a special meal.

Absolutely the best dining experience we've had in quite some time. Atmosphere is delightful, seating was immediate, our server Zaire was as fabulous as was our food. Our drinks were delivered almost immediately followed closely by our appetizer. The food was delivered very quickly and was delightful. We have never been disappointed with The Porterhouse Grill!!!

We had a wonderful night here. We're visiting in town to celebrate a birthday and we decided to give Porterhouse a try. We absolutely loved it! Tabitha was our waitress and she was amazing. She gave great recommendations and went out of her way to make the night special for us. Will definitely have to stop by again when we're in town!
