Served old, spoiled chicken and got my order wrong and did not give items I paid for. This chicken should have been trashed and fresh served. Board of health should visit. Throw the whole chicken and staff behind this order away

We’ve never been to Popeyes before. Being our first time visiting a Popeyes, I ordered and was told that there are regular sides and premium sides. I never saw that on the menu. The woman taking the order had an attitude with me. Even at the window, when I requested a slight change in order, they didn’t seem happy. Someone in the kitchen yelled about it. The one employee there who seemed nice shut the window so we couldn’t hear the fussing. Thankfully, when we got home with the food, it was good. If you’re looking to eat Popeyes, maybe try one of the other locations. Unless all Popeyes locations treat customers with the same abrupt attitude as this one. We ordered the 14 piece tenders, large Mac ‘n cheese, and large fry. The total was $36.06

Fries were cold, bathrooms smelled bad and not from just someone using it,no paper towels either. Chicken was good, but I also didn't ask for any replacement of the fries, they were putting together several orders and we waited a while to get our order taken.

First time going to this location. I pulled up and was quite happy to see there was no line. I ordered a five-piece chicken tender with mashed potatoes and an extra biscuit. It came out to over $13. I go 15 minutes away and realize they only gave me three tenders. Talking about someone upset! I wasn't even close to being in town. Called them to let them know what happened. The worker had a slight attitude and said she'll put my name down to have the wholemeal replaced. The replacement meal tasted better. But I was so annoyed with the fact that I had to leave and come back. There was no one there...like literally...so how could this order have been wrong?! If I'm in the area again I "may" give them a second chance but you all know first impressions are lasting impressions.

Food is typical Popeyes, but the staff here is abysmal. Pulled up to place a fast to go order and was met with a smarta$$ attitude by a chunky white lady telling me to move my work truck. Looked like the manager (button up shirt and hat). The parking lot was empty other than 1 vehicle. Corporate, find better help.

Waited for someone to take our order! Nice guy. When we got food for our dine in order fries were COLD! I took fries back to counter & ask for hot fresh fries. He said yes mam & would bring them to me. Never got fries. We finished eating went to counter & ask If I could get refunded for fries they never brought out to me. He said no but he could get me fries. Just handed me the fries in the container , no bag! Then gave me a bag to put them In. Chicken wasn’t fresh, tough & not good cuts of chicken. Sorry, 2nd try here…. Won’t be back!

Food quality was terrible. Was told to pull up and wait, just to be given overcooked and at least 2 hours old food. It was dinner time, how do you not have fresh food?

This is what you get when you order the 2 PC dark?!?! Dark and burnt to a crisp is TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS. picking this up for someone's surprise lunch is absolutely embarrassing. As a previous manager at Popeyes in Commerce this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SAVED OR SERVED.

The manager yelled at me and threatened to call the police bc I asked for more hot sauce… I can’t make this up. I never once raised my voice even while she was screaming I asked her to calm down, one of the employees was calmly explaining why “they have a limit” on how much hot sauce they can give per customer but she wouldn’t even let her explain. 0/10 will NEVER be back!

This is the 3rd and FINAL time I will be served undercooked chicken at Popeyes! I refuse to go back. They should do a quality check before serving anything to customers. Especially, after giving so many people food poisoning. No point in complaining to management as they don't believe in refunds and will just write your name in a book. Don't waste your time or money.
