PGNorth has been a wonderful place to find to have a place for my family. Including my fur babies. The any size any breed commonly has made it a nice place to see all these Husky's, Pit mix & large breeds all in one community. Also when maintenance needs to be called the response is done in a timely manner. So go ahead call one of the front office staff for a tour. You will be greeted by the sweetest smile. Paige, Judah, Hannah or Summer will be ready to answer any questions 🐾🐾☀️

Beautiful brand new apartments! The best I've seen all around. A super fun feature is the Pickle Ball court. Highly recommend visiting these thoughtfully designed apartments.

I love living here, I love seeing people walk around with dogs and families. Maintenance are nice and come quick! The office staff are helpful, the dog park is nice, I think it would have been better if a playground was built! Other than that everything looks nice.

I recently visited the Pointe Grand North Athens office to apply for an apartment and was given a written price quote for a specific unit and lease term. I agreed to the quoted rent, which included a 2-months-free promotion for a 24-month lease, and applied the same day based on that offer. The leasing staff even told me I could choose any apartment and move-in date during the application process, and that the manager would manually adjust the rent, unit, and date afterward due to a system limitation. I followed their instructions exactly. However, after applying, I was called and told that the rent might go up and the 2-months-free promotion would be removed — completely contradicting what I was promised in writing and in person. To make matters worse, I was also given a promo code to waive the application fee, but it didn’t work, and I was still charged. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and feels misleading. I applied in good faith based on what their staff communicated, only to be told something different after they had my application and fee. I’m still waiting for them to resolve the issue, but so far it’s been disappointing and unprofessional. I would caution others to get everything in writing and be very careful before applying here.
