Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. The owner of this Planet Smoothie refused to give my wife an extra cup—something she even offered to pay for—just so our very young son could share her drink. Instead of handling it with any decency, he told her to leave and not come back. My son was in tears over something so small and easily fixable. Take your money somewhere that actually values its customers. We won’t be back.

This Planet Smoothie has been here for quite some time. However thanks to the addition of the Starbucks in the adjacent space the entire building has received a nice facelift. Planet Smoothie is dedicated to the proposition that all smoothies are not created equal. They are focused on delivering great-tasting products have a wide variety of options to fit the unique needs that your taste and lifestyle demand. I personally enjoy all the smoothies that have extreme fruits or coconut in them. They are more than happy to make a slight adjustment to your smoothie if you're trying to achieve a slightly different taste or need something removed. Personally I appreciate the fact that they have a nice little employee guide for every smoothie as that adds total consistency with each smoothie.

It’s a guy making smoothies in there with a band aid on his finger making smoothies and handling food products. It’s on camera and I have proof. Even taking his phone out and not washing his hands.

Ordered a last mango and the drink was bland and whoever was working didn’t make the drink right because I have came in the past and it never tasted this bad

Updating my review. Was recently in with my mom. Ordered 2 bowls and the young lady put gloves on to prepare them and the portions were hefty. Was very pleased with the service, the portions and the quality. We will definitly be returning. None of the staff was wearing gloves. Employee did not wash hands after grabbing her keys and phone and proceeded to make drink. The guy making my drink had mask on below upper lip, I was afraid his mustache hair would get in my drink, he also touched the inside of my lid. Staff does not follow CDC guidelines.

I didn’t catch his name, but the employee working on 3/24 around 8 pm was incredible! A lot of customers came in at once, but he still gave each of us wonderful customer service and apologized for any wait. Will definitely be back :)

Love getting smoothies here, and the staff is very nice. The atmosphere inside is nice, the only thing that would make this location better is if it was slightly bigger like the one in east athens, which has indoor seating. But i’ve never been disappointed by any drinks i’ve gotten here, and it has become a regular spot for me and my husband

My wife was dehydrated and feeling nausea. I made 3 trips for mango smoothies which helped her get back on her feet and feeling better. The ladies that made them were very quick and friendly.
