We stayed at Twin Falls Cabin for our 15 year anniversary. The cabin itself is very charming and in a great area. This was our second year staying at a Pinnacle cabin and there were issues. One is that several lights were burnt out in the overhead chandeliers and it was hard to see in the cabin. In addition, one bedside lamp did not work. We decided to live with it since we only had two full days to enjoy the mountains. The biggest issue was the smell. The bedroom on the right side of the bed had an odor. It was like a rat had died in the house. It was an oddity that will probably not impact others as the smell would eventually go away but it impacted us. We could have called the office on day two to come check but that would have wasted our whole day and if they did not find the smell we would have had to sleep there another night or get a hotel. We just decided to leave a day early. We asked Pinnacle for the cost of our last night back but they said they went and could not find the smell. We could have only got the refund if we called them out while we were there. It is our fault for not having them come before we left, as they could not have disputed the smell. I know there was a bad odor. My husband was up at 5am wanting to leave because of it. We just left as we had a 10 hour drive home. Again- the cabin itself was cute. It just needs more QC before people check in. They charge over $240 in cleaning and service fees. It should show.

So far our trip has been great we are staying at the Lookout Point cabin. We got in yesterday afternoon a lot earlier than planned. We were able to check in early which was very convenient. When we got to the cabin it was very clean and nice. The hot tub works great and relaxing. It was probably the most balanced hot tub we've ever had on vacation. No anti-foam needed! That was a huge plus! The view is amazing with the sunset to enjoy as well. This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. Our 8 year old son loved the game room and the bonus train table as well. We will definitely book with Pinnacle Cabin Rentals next time we are in town. I highly recommend this company!

My boyfriend and I had the most relaxing, wonderful retreat to the GA mountains for my birthday in August! We stayed at a gorgeous cabin that just seemed to float amidst the clouds! We stayed at Pinnacle Cabin Rental's Bella Vista II. The moment you walked into the cabin, you felt like you were in your own, personal wooded retreat. The fireplace was gorgeous surrounded by a cute and clean living space. The bedroom had a jetted tub with a direct view of Yonah mountain from the bed! Sunrises were glorious to wake up to! The cabin offered many amenities to include: 2 floors, pool table, outdoor hut tub, patio table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful mountains and trees, plus kitchen and cozy living space. You really do feel like you're in your own little home away from home. I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay! It was a fantastic birthday getaway! We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

We had a really nice time staying in the Bear Footin' cabin in Helen, GA. Overall, it covered what we needed as a group of 4 adults and 3 kids for ~4 days spent in the Helen area using the cabin as our base to see all the sights. Pros: Beautiful location, nice hot tub, plenty of room for multiple families, easy to walk into town. Pinnacle Cabin Rentals themselves were very responsive as a property management company and sent good info about how to access to get to the cabin, etc. Cons (would have been 5-star except for these things): Needs some updates like a new dishwasher, better couches, new shower heads in bathrooms, and softer beds would be nice. The road to get up to the cabin is basically only wide enough for 1 car, but thankfully it was never an issue. We would definitely book a cabin with Pinnacle again, but would choose a different cabin than this one (unless the Cons were remedied. Be sure to update the rental description of the property when you do!)

No place like my home away from home in Chimney Mountain! You will need nothing (except a Walmart grocery pick up) while staying here. The first year we stayed here, our neighbor called about older cookware, and there was a brand new set on their doorstep upon return from the day's outing. Although we didn't take advantage, the management company was willing to work with us on dates when we inquired about this. There is a game room, two firepits (one next to the playground), and plenty of woodtrails to explore. Best of all is the views! Praying we can afford to return this year!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!! We traveled to Helen for the eclipse and stayed in the Sautee Valley View. This home is absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. The reservation process was so simple. I had a couple of questions the day before check-in and spoke with Jill. She was very helpful and friendly. This home and our experience EXCEEDED every one of our expectations. We have already booked again for later in the year. Helen and Pinnacle are now our go to get away destination. Thank you for an amazing experience!!! You guys are awesome.

10/10, great cabin rental; spacious bedrooms, giant common area, lots of space for activities indoors. Great porch view into the outdoors, and as an added bonus, there’s a hot tub. 12 minute drive to Ana Ruby Falls as well, which was an amazing hike to a double waterfall. Would recommend Pinnacle to others in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about Pinnacle Cabin Rentals. I stayed at one of their cabins in mid-February for a girls getaway/birthday weekend. The cabin itself was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked with a huge fireplace, hot tub, outdoor grill and fire pit to enjoy. The management is top-notch, helpful and friendly - every detail was attended to... the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, drink ware (for both indoor and outdoor use) towels, toilet paper, etc. It also had 2 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer and a huge soaking tub. The area is so quaint - there's tons to do from touring the vineyards, shopping in the cute downtown area, or taking a long hike in the mountains. I will definitely be coming back with my family, and would highly recommend Pinnacle Cabin Rentals to anyone staying in the Helen, GA area. The photos were taken outside the cabin we stayed in... as you can see, the view is breathtaking.

Girls trip with five ladies to surprise my mother and celebrate her 70th birthday. Five Seasons was truly phenomenal! The description and photos of the cabin were point on (and more) and the view of Mt. Yonah, spectacular! Watching the sunrise each morning was beautiful and waking to snow flurries was a delightful surprise. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on cotton and offered peaceful nights rest. Although we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace talking, playing games and relaxing, there was ample room to spread out or for privacy if desired. The cabin was clean, amenities up to date and had the feeling of home. Before departing, we were planning our next visit when the weather is warmer and deemed Five Seasons as "our cabin". One week later, we are all still talking about our visit and telling everyone how much we enjoyed ourselves. The only snafu was a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, which Pinnacle Management staff responded to and resolved immediately. Driving directions traveling from I-85N are a little confusing and suggest the following updates. First, changing "at the stoplight in the square, follow signs to 129 North" to 'at the stoplight in the square, bare right at the fork onto 129 North'. Next, remove reference to the "Rite Aid on the left", it is no longer there (think it is now a Walgreen's). Lastly, changing, "Go past White County High School on the right and then take next right onto ALT 75"; ALT 75 is actually the third right, approx. 1/4 mile past White County H.S. Each member of the Pinnacle Team I spoke with were courteous and helpful. Thank you Kelly for accommodating our request for a late check out.
