New company painted the outside of the buildings and raised rent by $600+. They ignore maintenance requests, don’t respond to calls/emails and are impossible to reach. Apartments are infested with roaches, charge pest control with rent, but don’t actually send anyone. Criminal. Edit: After move out, refused to send security deposit. Took 7 weeks of constantly reaching out to hear back and eventually received my money after threatening legal action. My previous statements remain true and I now see the complex is for sale on propertyshark. Exterior paint to raise curb appeal and illegal leases to maintain cash flow until a sale goes through. Rent for established tenants was unfairly raised to force them out. This is a terrible attempt at flipping a now neglected and rundown property while hurting the community. Also, look at the higher rated reviewers and notice they all come from individuals related to Cielo properties.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! They took over this time last year, all they did was paint the outside, they remodel vacant apartments in 2 weeks! They'd make non Hispanic ppl pay deposits, but let their ppl move in with just a passport! Infested with roaches! Ignore maintenance requests. And wouldn't address noise complaints.

This place is overpriced. The rent was 910 and they raised it by 600 overnight. They don't offer anything. They think they're in a beach town. The prices for the apartments at 1585 and 1485 don't include a pool or laundry, because you have to pay for the laundry with your own money. The rent is very high and they have nothing to offer. Their excuse is that they renovated some old apartments. You can't afford to pay that much money for nothing to offer. The cabinets are falling apart; this place is old; they only painted the outside. The refrigerators and appliances are past their best.
