Very nice deeded RV resort with Town Creek running through it. Pool and clubhouse are nice amenities. Although a mostly seasonal park a few residents live here year round. Nice and quiet in the winter months

We purchased a cabin in here in 2017. I refer to it as my happy place. It's safe and quiet. Yes, there are mostly senior citizens here because it's a second or 3rd home for most of us as this is a seasonal campground - not full time park. We have rules for what goes in certain trash dumpsters because of EPA regulations. No other reason. Nothing we can do about that. There are a bunch of great people in this campground. We love it here.

Paradise Valley Campground is a great place to RV camp. The resort is very quiet and is kept very nice and clean. The pool is wonderful. The resort has lots of planned activities and fun social events to keep busy and entertained. The resort features lots of trees and shaded sites. The resort is located very close to shopping in Cleveland, Ga. The resort is also located near lots of wineries, hiking trails and waterfalls and is situated in between alpine Helen and Dahlonega. We love staying here.

We owned a lot there for about 7 years. It was the biggest mistake we ever made. They don’t like children there number one. Everyone complains about them. The president did nothing but lie to us. Clyde was his name at the time. The place is filled with many nosey people always coming up to make sure you have the covenants. They have garbage police. I just looked at their website nothing has changed since we sold our lot. They do no improvements. The place is only for near death residents.

What a rude person I just spoke to. Seem like he had a real attitude instead of a helpful season of giving attitude. I called asking that I will be off grid camping in the local area. I needed to know where a possible local dump station is I could dump my rv tanks. No mater if I have to pay at this rv park or another. I was told that he doesn’t know what to tell me and good luck merry Christmas. Wow talk about being cut short. If you can’t get simple help like that I would definitely think twice about staying at this rv park.

I have lived in this park for seven years. I have read the reviews and I would just like to add a few comments. Yes we have rules. This is why our park is so wonderful. You can never make everyone happy all of the time. We like kids to visit, use our wonderful pool with their families. We also like children to be well behaved and respectful of our rules . One of our rules is that children under the age of 16 are not allowed to drive a golf cart. Some people choose not to obey this rule. Is that unreasonable to tell an owner that since you know all the rules of the park, then let your underage grandchildren run amuck and race around in your golf cart ? I think not. If you don’t like our President, that’s ok, they get changed out every few years, as well as all the other positions. They are all unpaid volunteers ! They make sacrifices everyday while in office to keep our park clean and safe. Our park is very friendly and accommodating. We don’t force anyone to buy or rent here. If you don’t feel comfortable here, then leave. I have driven and been to every state in the US, all provinces of Canada and even to Newfoundland in my motor home. I can honestly say that our Paradise Valley is one of the finest places to visit. I fell in love with my piece of paradise and am still happy here. You are never alone, unless you choose to be. We look out for one another. There is always someone here to help out with anything you might need. Some of the reviews I read , are unwarranted. I can tell that the complaints I read probably are self inflicted. Our park has 289 lots. We only have maybe a handful vacant. If it’s that horrible to some people, we would be empty. Come visit us and decide for yourself. I promise you that you will love it here. You will be standing in line to buy as soon as the next lot is available. Welcome and safe journey !

We had a great experience at first being taken around to see the park and it was beautiful. We learned 30 residents are full time but when you want this to be your main residents they say no. My deal was to sell my home but a place at Paradise, keep our camper at our brothers in Big Canoe so we can still travel to see family, which we have a huge family all over the country. I was told staying with family does not count. So why the 30 residents full time and someone else cannot buy as their main camp, when travels include seeing family. We are both professionals, my husband is a chiro with his license in SC and GA, he can still help others in Cleveland plus he plays piano and dings for assisted living communities. So sad to take sides with 30 residents and you call all 30 care takers, this is a joke or you could easily let someone else be called a care taker, you do not know us but we are good people and would bring a lot to your community. I was working with a realtor but guess a total waste of everyone’s time. I do plan to go above your head and speak with the city commissioner on how you turn good people away but let others be full time.
