I ordered a pick two. The sandwhich was the size of a small fist. I have never seen their half sandwiches come out that small. The picture doesn’t do it justice. I did not order from the kids menu. It’s literally a toddler snack. I’ve tried calling and no one is picking up. You can’t jip your customers and expect to retain them.

Randomly changing your opening time to 9 instead of 7 for the Athens summer and still having 7am Monday-Sunday on your door tells me the kind of branch this is. Tried to open this locked door at 7:55am

Terrible service. I popped in to order 2 pastries and made the mistake of choosing to order at the counter rather than the kiosk. I figured it would be quick and easy to just order at the counter where the pastries were. I watched as two employees and one manager continously called out guests' names for orders that were ready. The first team member completely ignored my presence at the front counter. The second team member let me know someone would be with me shortly. At this point, at least five minutes had passed of me standing there. I watched as the manager turned around to scan the lobby, made eye contact with me, and then immediately turned her back to me and made herself busy watching the tickets on screen. I gave it another minute or two before I gave up and left. I completely understand being busy and/or understaffed, but the lobby was not full. Very frustrated that I had wanted two quick, simple, easy things to grab, but no one wanted to provide service. Especially disappointed in the manager's decision. At such a new location for such a well-known brand, I expected better. Most disappointing Panera experience.

A smaller footprint than I’m used to, definitely more geared to to-go orders - all orders come up via the rapid pick-up window (from which food came up quickly). But still, ample room 10-15 tables of varying sizes. Very clean both in the dining room and in the bathroom. Music was great. They could use a few more outlets around the place (and the ones they currently have only have one regular plug and then two USB (not USB C) connections. Had a very pleasant interaction with staff. Food is exactly what you’d expect for Panera - never going to blow your mind but absolutely solid.

Very nice new location. It’s small, so all food is served in to-go containers. My only complaint is that there are only about 9 tables (~20 seats). I think some space could be made to squeeze a few more in.

DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. You will always be missing items and they offer no help or solutions. I order once a week from Panera and this location is forced for delivery now and I no longer want to order Panera now that I’m forced to get service from this location. I’m tired of my money being wasted and missing food I paid for and not getting refunded until three to TEN BUSINESS DAYS later. This location needs serious help.

Love the green smoothie and salads! But the soups and coffees I don’t know why but they always have a weird chicken farm taste/smell to it.

They advertised a free pick two for a year if we were the first 100 people in lineand so we came here at 4 AM. Came to find out it’s actually only once a month so 12 meals and it was in the smallest hand print on the hard to find flyer. Don’t come to Panera. Don’t come to this Panera. Not only do I feel lied to, I feel manipulated.

They sponsored UGA dance marathon which shows a lot of their devotion to supporting their community while also supplying yummy food for all those in attendance!
