I have lived here for about a year now, and I can honestly say I have no complaints. The location is extremely convenient for me. The apartment was renovated right before move-in and they have been renovating other parts of the complex to clean it up outside more. Appliances were brand new upon my move-in. Reasonable price for what you’re getting. Management is always super nice and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issue and super friendly and respectful when in your home. Application process, rent payment process, and renewal process have all been extremely easy. I look forward to the next year here.

Manager is never their I literally go every hour from the morning to noon and he never shows up he probably shows up for 30 mins and leaves he need to out his schedule and take off the schedule that’s their saying it’s open from 9-5 when he is only their from 2 hours through out the whole day other people come by while I’m their waiting and they say the same thing that he is never their everyday he’s rarely their Our stove is not working and he had done nothing about it it’s been 4 months now that’s it started acting up now it doesn’t work

Great apartment complex. Management was helpful and supportive from the moment I called to inquire if there were any apartments available. Nice apartments, recently renovated. Their maintenance is prompt and efficient. Inside the apartment is really nice. New appliances. Cable is included, which is nice. They require renter's insurance, which is reassuring for your belongings.

The manager is amazing. I may be spelling it wrong but his name is ingleburg. He’s absolutely amazing. Everything anyone could ever ask for in a manager. He’s prompt. Always available to his tenants, and is always calm and easy to speak with. He also Personally gets involved to make sure maintains does as they are supposed to. Without him these apartments wouldn’t be the same. He makes our community amazing.

I have been living here almost a year and i absolutely love it here. Its so peaceful and quite, updated renovations and still more being done. The property Manager Engelber Perez is amazing, he is always available to assist and he will return calls promptly and he makes sure that all request and concerns are handled in a timely manner. Maintance is very responsive and professional. I was very spectical at fisrt but Engelber made feel welcomed and comfortable with my decision and move i couldn't ask for a better place to live.

My partner and I were to lease here for this fall but cannot get in contact with the staff no matter what time we call or how many times we call. The website is glitchy and the information on there is NOT accurate, so you have to manually call them to get the accurate information and to complete the application. BUT they ghosted us once they received the application fees ($65 per person so $130). We feel as if our money has been stolen. On top of that, they ran a credit check, which brings down our scores. If we knew that they were going to waste our time, money, and credit like this, we would have never applied. I can only image how they respond to maintenance issues. I wish I can rate this place lower than 1 star. I would NOT recommend applying here.

I am a resident at One Athens apartments. I have been a tenant here since April of this year. This was my starter apartment. I was living with my parents prior to moving to the apartments. I felt like, for the price, it would be a great place to start. Upon arrival for the tour, I felt at ease and very excited. I met with Ingleburg, who still to this day, was so helpful and very pleasant. He was very informative, very inviting and made you feel comfortable. Comfortable enough to where you would want to stay here. I immediately made my decision and I moved within the next month. With the old management company that was in place, they have since changed management and the new company is EXCEPTIONAL. I felt that with Ingleburg wanting to be so helpful to his tenants, he could only do so much because of the old company. NOW, everything from the roads to the maintenance, even the landscaping has become even better and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my daughter and I to live. Ingleburg is quick to respond. He does not miss a beat and he is very understanding. I love my neighborhood and I would recommend anyone to live here. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my journey being on my own.

Four months ago, I went to see the property, and it was very ugly. I returned again, and the apartment they showed me is very nice. It has new gray carpeting and vinyl, as well as paint. I liked the changes, and even though the prices increased, I think they were fair in relation to how beautiful the property is. I really liked the manager's service.
