This host is dishonest, dangerous, and completely unfit to be on any short-term rental platform. She refused to give us access to the thermostat and instead insisted that she be allowed to enter the property herself to adjust the temperature—a completely unreasonable demand. When I informed her that I did not consent to her entering the home, she waited until my family stepped out and then trespassed, secretly entering the property without permission. Thankfully, I had an indoor security camera (because I did not trust this host), and it alerted me immediately to her unlawful entry. Afterward, she attempted to deflect by falsely accusing me of breaking house rules in her public response to my review. That is not only defamatory but blatantly untrue. The host lied regarding my stay as a form of retaliation for my honest review. We booked for 8 people, but only 4 of us actually came, and we left immediately after her trespass because it was no longer safe to remain there. As a Superhost myself, I take pride in treating every guest with care and respect, and I only mention this so others understand that I hold myself to the same high standard I expect from fellow hosts/guest. I will never understand how a host could feel entitled to violate guest privacy, and basic safety—going out of her way to make guests uncomfortable simply because she thinks she can. Unfortunately, other reviews have also called this their worst experience, and sadly, mine was the same.

Amazing stay! We booked it for my husband’s birthday, they went above & beyond! We had a great time! The rental was HUGE & had so many unexpected things. From the hot tub, games, massage chair, fire camp, kitchen & so much more! They were available anytime we needed them & did great!! Thank you so much MPM, we will def book again soon!

I paid for a one-night rental with them via Priceline. Checkin was at 4 PM, but I was not provided property address or checkin info. Called service center in India to resolve at 4 pm was told they would call me back with resolution. Did not. Called again to cancel at 5:30. Priceline rep wanted to contact owner contact MPM, but I wanted cancel as I needed a room asap. MPM refused to refund. Somehow found my info to provide checkout instructions following day.
