Our family was looking for a quiet, cabin near the town of Helen to spend spring break. The Mountain Laurel Cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of four, including our labrador Hank! The cabin had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and had such a quaint vibe. One of our favorite nights was grilling and hanging out by our own firepit. You can guarantee that Liz and the Hearthstone family go above and beyond to ensure their guests enjoy their stay, have everything they need and feel right at home! Liz was incredibly responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. You feel like a part of their family when you are there! I highly recommend this place, especially the Mountain Laurel Cottage!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hearthstone in the Mountain Laurel Cottage!! It was very close to downtown Helen where we rode our ebikes to and right in the middle of all the hikes we completed. It was also on a very quiet back road and was the perfect getaway we were hoping for. Liz went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect!

Liz and Gloria (owners) are by far the best hostesses we have experienced in a very long time. Every evening they stop by to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Very clean and extremely peaceful RV/Cabin campground park nestled on the ridge just outside of Helen GA. Great experience!

We had such a great time at the mountain Laurel cottage by far our best stay ever in Helen and way better than any hotel room and Liz was such a great host made u feel really welcome and apart of the mountain family she went above and beyond will definitely be back real soon had a amazing stay thanks Liz!!!!
