Morgan & Morgan Attorneys were an absolute life-saver for me and my family! Jason Braswell was so kind and understanding for my needs in my bankruptcy case. No one wants to go through a bankruptcy, but at no point did he make me feel embarrassed or judged for having to do so. I met with him one time and he was on the ball immediately to get the case underway and filed as quickly as possible. The very next week after meeting with Mr. Braswell I had an appointment with his Assistant/Paralegal Rachel and once again my needs were outmatched like no other! She was incredibly helpful, efficient, leaving no stone unturned! Everything was filed and ready to go the next business day! Rachel kept me up to date on absolutely everything! If I had any questions, or had forgotten to mention something, I would text Rachel and she would respond right away! That is true customer service!! I highly recommend the two of them for any case! Lack of communication. Consistent delay. No valuation to customers as a priority. Lack of knowledge in relation to case. During the process of attempting to work with this firm. The paralegal we were assigned to work with appeared to have had a nasty disposition. Upon bringing light to the situation it was discoverd the individual was said to have been sick with frequent hospital visits. With regards to her health and a sincere desire to have empthy for her a conversation was had with relation to the importance of tone and the situations others may also be experiencing. Furthermore with an attempted advancement in interaction amongst this firm we quickly took note that there was little to no organization in relation to the reception of documents as multiple documents had to be sent two-three times. During the duration of each phone call appointment there were delays often exceeding 45min in which the same questions would be asked from previous conversations or requests for documents already submitted. This we feel was a direct reflection of the firms lack of accountability to review the case and/or go over notes before scheduled appointments. To add we were dissapointed to have to experience appointment aburt cancelations the day of appointments. During the waiting duration of two-three months we were not paired with another paralegal after and instead had to remain steadfadt in patience. Non the less two-three months later after finally hearing from the lawyer himself we were sadly told this case was something he felt was more complex than he could handle and that we should seek help elsewhere. With respect to the valuation of time and the importance of it in this short walk of life. I feel individuals should use this experience as a determination or guide of consideration when making important selections for services such as those offered by this firm.

The attorney didn’t call me once until I told him he was fired a month after I hired him for lack of communication. He was highly unprofessional and didn’t even know my husband was part of the claim he was handling. The only interest he had in my case was how much of his bathroom it would remodel. I tried filing complaints with Morgan and Morgan. I was hung up on three times. This is the McDonald’s of ambulance chasing attorneys and you are not even a number to them. Remember that when you go against this review. The attorney was not even in the same city I was in and he didn’t plan on coming up here if he had to I to court. I asked him to contact me several times. Radio silence. These people are the most unprofessional unethical garbage I have ever worked with and that’s exactly the kind of legal assistance I received. The attorney had no legal strategy and didn’t even know who the case manager was. He was too busy for his clients and wasn’t going to waste his time speaking to them. This has been the attitude for this firm in South Carolina and if you only knew how much worse it gets in Florida, their home state. The stories of unethical drinking and philandering I’ve watched from this firm is just embarrassing. You’ll be lucky if you get anything out of hiring these people. Life is a casino and their clients are nothing but poker chips to be thrown around with no regard. They’re for the people alright, all the little people they will not hesitate to step on, on their way to anything but your case. Golf seems to be popular

Mr. Adams explained how the process would go from the very beginning. He told me the positive points of my case, but not leaving out his concerns either. Stacey has worked with me the whole way. She answered all of my questions, got over 70 medical records and told me where to go next. She's Super Woman! And, when it's time for Mr. Adams to step in at the hearing, he was there. He was professional and prepared. He knew exactly how to prepare me to be ready and feel at ease throughout the hearing. And, we got positive results in the end! Thank you Andy and Stacey!!
