We went there because of the FAMOUS business lunch which cost us only 11.50$!!! The food was amazing and we were fulled. The place is clean and the team was very friendly. We had a really good time! All time my favorite place for lunch. The meat is fresh and tender with a very good spices. We love it!!!

Keep the good stuff coming! This spot is a hidden gem off five points in Athens. Situated between smooth king and the shell station. Their food is a welcome step outta the box for something new and exciting.

Y'all, I cannot stress this enough. Med Grille has THE best lunch deal in town. Get the Business Lunch Special. Massive amount of food (meat or vegetarian) for $11.50 and it includes a drink. They have the best iced tea I've ever tasted (even better than my granny's). The food, tea, and service is great!

We tried the Athens location of Mediterranean Grill. It's a regional chain with additional locations in Decatur, ATL, and Marietta. We wanted to try a few things so we have a ton of leftovers. I got the homemade Spanakopita with crisp phyllo dough, spinach, feta, and ricotta. It came with a side of Greek Salad. Mimi had the Combination Feast with Shish Kabob, Kufta Kabob (Ground Sirlion), and Gyro slices with a Greek Salad and a soda. She also had a large order of additional Tzatziki. I had Lamb Shank with Basmati Rice and upgraded to the Jerusalem Salad which is Diced Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Parsley, and Tahini Dressing. I also ordered a side of potatoes. We had a generous basket of pita bread. Definitely putting them on our rotation. There is a handicap parking space with a ramp to the far right in front of their door. Another patron wss using the space when we got there but the flat portion of the parking lot made it easy for Mimi to use her walker to the end of this small 3 restaurant strip mall. We're hoping Door Dash delivers to her house. This restaurant has a point of sale menu ordering. A server will bring your order to your table. You assist with bussing your table with a tub for plates and cups above the trash can. We ate in the bavk which had partial bench tables and was quieter than the front. There is one unisex bathroom.

I came here for lunch on a Wednesday and got their lunch combo special for $11 . I mean you can’t beat that price for the amount of food you get. It was a huge portion that I could not finish and took some to-go. Everything tasted pretty good, the falafel was fresh but only got 2 pieces on my plate. When I order a meat I usually get way more. Service is always good, and usually get food pretty fast. Will be coming back here often!

I don't live in Athens but I work near the east side. There aren't many halal restaurants around here so I was glad to stumble upon this place. For the price you get a hefty yet great tasting serving. Their lunch special is pretty good too. From the Arab music to the spacious seating area I'd say this place was almost flawless. Will be returning often

I didn't like the food and I wanted to . I had lamb it did not look nor taste like any lamb I've ever eaten it was extremely large and looked like a turkey leg instead of lamb . The rice was good when I put the 'spicy" sauce on top of it . Overall I would not eat here again

The weekday business lunch combo is a blessing. All the meat is cooked to perfection, the rice is flavorful, and the salad is always fresh. The only complaint I have is the pita (which I think they have switched recently, it used to be great too) being too chewy and unpleasant. But everything else is top notch

Everything was flavorless & tasteless. I spent over $20, including tip for a takeout disaster. I ordered lentil soup, rice, and a large Greek salad. I can cook food much better than what was served. Literally nothing had flavor to it. The soup almost made me vomit. The salad dressing only consists of olive oil and garlic.... no vinegar or anything. The pita wasn't grilled. The soup was a puree and I was given many forks but no spoon. The rice only had turmeric and paprika for color plus butter... no salt. I was surprised because the reviews are so good and I'm familiar with Greek food. The only positive thing I can say was that the food was hot and the people were friendly. I almost feel bad for leaving this review; however, I am a Google reviewer and must be honest.
