I’m interested in living here, but getting in touch with office staff or maintenance to view an apartment is like pulling teeth. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. I even spoke with a resident and they also said that getting in touch with anyone was difficult

Mostly a peaceful neighborhood, but it’s in a sketchy area. A random man dressed in all black came up to mine and my boyfriends’ door once claiming to know us and we had to call the police, he left pretty quickly after we refused to open the door so we knew he wasn’t coming with good intentions. The worst part about living here though is the roaches, first day we moved in I saw a dead house roach in the back of my closet. I can’t go 2 or 3 days without seeing a roach and it’s disgusting, we asked the lady here if they ever had problems with roaches before we moved in and she said no- but that was clearly a lie. I woke up one night to a roach crawling on my bed and I wanted to throw up, my boyfriend also woke up once to one crawling on his body. Friendly neighbors, like I said, but I cannot get over the roach issue. It’s so gross and my boyfriend and I will have to get rid of most of our furniture when we move in fear of a roach infestation.

It is a pleasure to live here. The office manager and maintenance team are like the family you didn’t know you were looking for. The location is peaceful and the grounds are clean. I would recommend anyone considering moving to the area to stop here first.

Pretty property, and very, very peaceful! I was looking for an apartment here, and although I decided on something bigger than the studio unit they had available, I very much liked the property! Veronica, the property manager, was excellent, and very friendly!

My mom lives in a 2 bedroom here and likes it except for a couple issues due to the older age of the apartment. The rent is ok for her,the layout is nice and it is quiet. There is a racetrac on the corner where one can walk to,plus lots of shopping and restaurants. She is happy here.

The lady was nice when I was talking to her about the apartment. But the apartments are old, rundown and full of drug use, when I went to go tour the place. The place is so cramped and old, it looks unlivable. Would not recommend living here, unless you want that chance of getting robbed

I've been living here for years and I must say for the most part it's a pretty good place to live but in my opinion whoever works in the office can make it better or worse and we have a new office manager Ashley she's awesome she's very understanding and tries to help out anyway that she can and very polite always smiles and always speak positive to brighten up your day!
