I visited the store via drive thru on Monday September 22,2025 @ 12:50 PM and hope never to visit here again. When I got to the speaker no one was ahead of me, I set there for about 30 seconds saying hello several times before I finally got someone to answer. I placed my order, pulled up to the first window and paid, not a word from woman, went to second window the girl was looking at her phone, handed me my drink and told me to pull up, once again not please, not thank you, just pull up. Where is common courtesy? Does it not matter anymore @ McDonald’s? They definitely could learn some at this location.

Best experience at a McDonald’s in forever! I had surgery in my mouth and today was the first day in 2 weeks I could eat solids and they delivered. They made sure it was cook to order and didn’t have a problem at all doing so. This will probably be my go to place for a quick breakfast and lunch from now on.

I experienced the worst customer service today. They left an item out of my order, when I came back to get it, I could hear all of them saying that was not on the order. The girl asked to see my receipt. I showed her and she still gave me attitude and when I asked for 2 bbq sauces, she would only give me one! Claimed they only do one sauce for a large fry.

Seriously the manager charged me $3 for this half filled ice cream. But another worker filled it up for me she saw the injustice. I don’t understand how this place allowed someone this low standard to run the place. Not to mention I greeted him and he had no response.

Idk maybe don’t put an option to customize if you aren’t gonna do it? Never am I able to order extra pickles on the side on top ANYTHING EVER yall just don’t give it to me I go as far as paying for extra and I still don’t get them, it’s not every McDonald’s it’s this one at Epps bridge who can’t do their job? Ik it ain’t a lot of money but don’t work there if you aren’t capable of following instructions? Simple! 1 pickle when the norm is 3 isn’t extra it’s stealing from PAYING customers!

Nice enough McDs, but clearly suffering from labor pool shortage. They had a guy in the drivethru that lacked the ability to speak in any sort of coherent version of English… and he is not an immigrant this is native speaker. What did not help is his lack of understanding that placing the microphone near his mouth and not his eye would have helped a lot too. They had the wrong person taking orders and the wrong person making up orders. Quite frankly they would be better just using one person. Rather than trying the 2 person drive thru model.

They ran out of soda at the fountains. Their only solution was pouring coke or diet coke from a 2 liter. You would expect McDonalds to know how to track their inventory, have safety stock to place an order and receive it before running out. Hopefully this doesn't turn out like the ice cream problem for them.

Employees are not to help the customer anymore in this restaurant, they get mad if you claim an item missing.. 15 min to get someone to take our order and 20 min more to get the order .. In a not busy day...
