Paid for a McFlurry Waited 15 minutes and was given the mini size. Told the staff. Was told they’re out of the larger cups. Why would you not tell me first? Why not give me 2 small ones instead? Just really strange. Use common since. Don’t tell the person oh well. And then I didn’t even get a receipt to be able to get my money back.

Always use my app to get a coupon code &/or free food from my reward points. Clean restaurant & bathrooms. Breakfast was fresh, hot & tasted wonderful. Iced coffee made with my preferences & was also tasty.

Drive thru order was quick. Everyone was nice. Order was correct. Food was spot on. And to top it off the Coke was cold and carbonated.

Last night I came and I had great service. Tonight I came hoping for the same I was met by the lady with the bright red hair on the head set with a nasty attitude I proceeded to order. I went to the window waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the window I received my food and my fries were cold I asked for fresh fries. I got the same fries dropped in grease and handed to me. I won’t be back .

Very slow drive through at 9pm. 5 minute wait to place my order with no one in front of me. Was asked to pull up to wait for a quarter pounder. Waited almost 10 minutes before walking in. It had been sitting there and was told it was no good and to wait 3 minutes longer to make another one. My fish sandwich bread was dry and hard. This is common for this location.

I ordered via drive thru. I ordered a filet o fish. I received a fried chicken pattie topped with Tartar sauce.... you had 1 job.

Sat in the drive thru by myself for 10 min and no one took my order. When I was leaving I seen the girl sitting by the window doing nothing. Need better night shift workers

Waited 40 minutes for 2 kids meals, chicken nuggets and a cheese burger meal, mobile order. Had to go inside and still took an extra 30 minutes…. Over an hour waiting for food. Went inside to wait for it to finally be ready. Ate inside, a quick stop in turned into a 2 hour ordeal. 10 or more employees. Do better.
